how our 'healthy diet' really healthy?October 10, 2016

Let us start with green salad. Is green salad really healthy? Well, there are many studies done how good for our health to eat green salad. I do my studies, and in this studies I take a look how often FDA recall green salads out of market due to safety issue. What if green salad farm located below dairy farm? Would green salad really good to eat? I do not think so. Water with all contents from fairy farm run down to the green salad farm, and what is so healthy in that?
     Doctors recommend after weight lose surgery use  Weight Loss Diet plans. Is this really healthy plan? At first, food delivered right to my door, when this food was preserved? What meal it was used to cook and cane this food? Was it good quality food? I do not think so. The evidence? Just go to most American's hospitals and try to find 'healthy' food on patients tray. I try. I did not find any healthy or safe food over there. Probably it is only my Coney Island Hospital. I usually go to this hospital. They sometimes admit me in. Other hospitals are not my local hospitals, so they discharge me a two-three hours late after, right with acute heart failure are sings of stroke. They are not my local hospitals. Usually, there are no doctors to speak with, or any treatment but glucose. And all the time no any discharge papers. Diagnose? Low blood sugar. With sugar over 400 mg/dl is this so low? LOL.
      Next step is how much we have to eat. It is really very interesting point. The diet based on gender, male/female. We have to eat 2000 calories if it is man, or 1800 calories if it is woman. But the weight which considered to be right based on proportion between how high person is and bathroom scale readings. So, how two so different statements may come together? If one is tall one healthy with the this human would be higher then for those who are short. But the amount calories we must eat is the same, just difference to be man or woman. How healthy this recommendations, and how can we possible to follow them?
     Now, there are nutrition on the label every meal we buy. What really I suppose to do with it? If I sleep, I do not need to eat. If I'm doing energy consuming job, I need more nutrition then I need in case I do watch TV. So, how all those nutrition can be counted how much I have to eat? Our medical care providers easy to handle paper with pyramid what to eat. But it is I who must count how much I need to eat for every breath I take. BTW, how much energy and calories we use to breath? To pump blood? Do really I need to work out when I eat 1800 calories per day?
      Every step we take need energy to do. Brain is pure energy, and it is greatest energy consumer. How to count how much I have to eat to post this blog today? There are never any answer to any one of this questions. So, really, how any diet, which really no one who is in power to recommend it, know what is it, can be 'healthy'? There is no way for that. Our life is complicated process. It cannot be put in simple Plus/Minos formula. The result is, no one recommendations how much to eat and what to eat can be in any way 'healthy'. So far it does not. This is why it never work. Never did, never will.
     All recommendations and doctor orders nutrition and weight based on fiction. So, in no one way it is life style that millions have to follow. This is the reason, why millions of diabetics type 2 die every year due to high level of sugar which was left untreated. With treatment, insulin, this would not be fatal. With life style changes it is really what we pay for, change in style of living and transferring in state of Death.
