A New Diabetes Diagnosis? Really new how it is 'new'. November 5, 2016

Diabetes Diagnose, most interesting topic for discussion.  Beside the fact that one out of every ten Americans is diabetic, there are still no clear diagnostic marks, how to diagnose diabetes. Odd I will say. Every one who is not so closer to this problem will say, I am really out of understanding. Usually people think that diagnose of diabetes is simple, just take level of sugar in blood, and there are clear answer if one is diabetic or not. Simple and wrong.
There is very interesting comments from public understanding what is diabetes and how does it works:
Long before someone has type 2 DM they have usually had insulin resistance and related metabolic abnormalities for many years. There are 80-90 million Americans with this prediabetic state right now and at least 1/3 to 1/2 of them will end up with type 2 (or something worse) within 5-10y.
Very interesting I would say. So, right now the first question is, why Insulin Resistance never diagnosed before level of sugar in blood went over critical point? Really, if Insulin Resistance and Diabetes type 2 are two different medical conditions then why Insulin Resistance never diagnosed before Diabetes type 2 was diagnosed? Simple, so simple that no one medical porovider ever take into consideration  diagnose for insulin resistance, even  every one of them diagnose diabetes type 2 and ready to treat diabetics with weight loss programs and Barking Therapy. Trash Medicine can be added if one need it.

Author of this comment seems very well educated in Diabetes type 2 development. It is absolutely obvious for author that diabetes type 2 caused weight gain. Then the question is, what caused insulin resistance which happened before diabetes type 2 was developed?
In 1970 we had less than 3 million Americans with type 2 DM and today we've got nearly 30 million headed to 50-60 million within the next 10-15 years. Insulin resistance results from weight gain and can be spotted in the offing years before the metabolic syndrome becomes manifest simply by checking fasting insulin levels.
All what I wish to understand, does author of this comment understand the discrepancies and full absence of logic in all the topic of discussion?  It is very well educated person in all diabetes issues, and there is one link missed all the time, how to put one end to another? Where is the evidence that Insulin Resistance come from weight gain? Just take into consideration simple example. We all use umbrella. The fabric of umbrella is water resistant. Also we look at if it is wind resistant. Why? because of it will protect us from rain water and wind. Other types of umbrella protect from harmful Sun rays. In contrary, with Insulin Resistance we still have to function somehow and resolve our medical problems with personal behavior adjustments, how logical is it? If My body is Insulin Resistant then there is no way that insulin enter into cell, and this is why we are extremely hungry. To solve the problem our medical provider put us on Starvation diet which presented to be best solution for Insulin Resistance control. Very odd I would say.
Still, our public is easy to present brain for washing. At least it is healthy if one do not use own brain and humanity. No tough questions, no any emotional discomfort. Millions people around the Globe die every year because of not treated diabetes type 2, 100% preventable Death with Insulin Therapy, still our public do not see the tragedy. They ready to bark to the victims of Greed in Wight Robe. Millions in donations collected by ADA who present guidance how to control human population with insulin injections. Someone of us get it, and this is how we do live. I mean diabetics type 2 only.  From 90% to 95% of us do not have this opportunity, and enter into Strip Department in local hospital. There are all the time limits in supply human tissue.
If fasting insulin is more than 5 (not the absurd 15-30 mIU/L upper limit most clinical labs say is "normal") the odds are good that person is headed toward metabolic abnormalities and eventually type 2 DM, especially if they do not stop gaining more weight that will worsen the IR and hasten the development of type 2 DM. By contrast, if they adopt a diet & exercise program that allows them to drop enough weight to reverse that insulin resistance and bring their fasting insulin level at least below 7mIU/L they will likely not ever develop type 2 DM or at the very least delay doing so by at least 10-20 years.
This part of comment I found most interesting and informative. Where author got this info from? I am diabetic type 2 by diagnose since 2001, and I was born from diabetic father. No one time in no one lab my insulin level ever was tested. No one time. Recently my present endo take lab test for C Peptides level. It was 3. It was said it is normal. I am not sure it was a few month ago, and I do not remember it very well. How author was tested for the fasting level of insulin? I really never know anyone who was tested for the insulin level, even doctor all the time said they did it. Lab result never show the Insulin Level in my blood.
Another part is, why if it is 5 then it is abnormal level and person headed to metabolic abnormalities? Finally, what is the level of insulin in is 'normal', healthy level?  No one time I crossed the discussion what is the level of insulin is normal. ADA also never give guidance how to diagnose abnormal level of insulin, ether type of diabetes, type  or type 1.
From all discussions I crossed before it was told that diabetes type 2 and insulin resistance are the same. It was published many times that diabetes type 2caused by insulin resistance when insulin do not do the job it suppose to do, or ... insulin secretion is limited. This is what diabetes type 2. At least Dr. Oz presented in his shoe diabetes type 2 in this way.Now I lost completely, what is Insulin Resistance? Fasting level of insulin presenting what? Weight loss effect insulin resistance or increase or decrease insulin secretion?
Finally, it is bore to discuss all this .... no good words for all this trash. Bran washed public happy to wear spaghetti and pretend to be public educator to show what it is and how to deal with it.
Disgusting!
