Day-by-Day. Canning Meat and Soup. November 2, 2016

Blood sugar is 142 mg/dl.
Pretty good sugar level as I consider it. It is fasting, and it is abnormal, still I see it as good level of sugar. Yesterday we did canning, a lot of. I tired. I was OK  at first, but then it was so sudden and fast, I just got very very tired. My man must finish the job alone. I do canning right now for all my meals. It is much better then get meal ready every time I need it. I do not cook, have to energy to do the job. With canning it is much easy. We do job once and then many days there is no need to spend hours on kitchen cooking and dish-washing.
      Best at all I love raw canning. I do it even with frozen meat. It is not right, but I do not have energy to do it better. Yesterday we canned soup, veggie soup, no meat but with mushrooms. And then 5 jars of raw packed meat. So simple. Just put raw meat cut in cubes, or forever you wish, add salt, and some other spice you do like, and put it into pressure cooker. 90 minutes to babysit the cooker, and meat ready to eat. 5 jars of 1 Qt. Easy, convenient, and very productive. Can be kept as long as year ahead, ready to be served at any time you need it. So lovely. I am happy I found this way to run household.
       Now I do have many jars with different soups. I have to eat soup every day. I eat it once daily, but I need it every day. Soup is very rewarding dish. It provides all nutrition we need. I take soup when I do have low blood sugar. It is best way to fight low. No one sugar drink do the job. Soup do it perfectly. It is hot, easy to be heat. It is liquid, easy to take and less job to presses. When sugar is low to presses cold meal I need energy, and there is no energy in my body system. To eat soup is easy. Also it work right away, and I do not need extra meal to fight low. To be not bored with one type of soup I canned many different types of it. Now, all what I need just open the jar, put it in MC and eat it.
      I cannot eat fried meal. My liver do not work very well. I need all pretty simple be cooked. Meat in jar is great. I do not need to boil it, I really not big fun boiled or stemmed meal. I do not need to fry it, I cannot do it, too long to cook, and I cannot eat it because of there is oil and I do not take any oil or batter. So, raw packed meat is perfect for me. Just open the jar, and put meat on the rice. Perfect meal for every day. I do it with pork and beef, chicken and any seafood I wish.
      I cook rice in small pot, often no salt added. We do buy very good rice, not cheapest one. So, cooked rise is not castled together but nice and tasty.
