Insuln Resistance Myths. December 6, 2016

Back to 2015 it was first time when my C Peptide test was done. The level of C Peptide was 1.89 ng/dl. The ranger was 0.8 - 3.1 ng/dl. It is interesting to understand, the ranger is what about? As I do understand, the level of C Peptides show the level of insulin secretion by my own pancreas. When? At what time? At 3.51 pm when sample was collected? Or it is the level of insulin my body system needs to function healthy during the day? Or it is after meal insulin level when insulin secretion is highest due to meal consumption? What is the reference for the range? It is just numbers, and nothing else. So, how it can be used in diagnostic?
When I check up my blood sugar level it is all the time different, fasting, after meal, after work out, and so on. The reference to insulin secretion is what about? I am diabetic type 2, insulin resistant type of diabetes how it is presented by our medical industry. So, according to the ADA, I do have high level of insulin secretion, but insulin does not used properly, and this is why level of sugar in my blood is high, right? So, if right now the level of insulin in my blood just fine then there is no high blood sugar level, right? I am not ether type 1, insulin dependent diabetic, because of my insulin secretion is pretty normal, nether I am type 2 diabetic, insulin resistant, because of there is no high level of insulin in my blood. C Peptide level is just fine. If I will come to ER no one doctor would pay any attention to me, because of I am healthy, no any medical issue. Really?
My HbA1c=9.2%. Range is 4% to 5.6%. It is in lab tests. It can be different regarding to the lab. I post the same lab test, blood sample at 3.51 pm. Am I diabetic or not? Am I diabetic type 1, or type 2, insulin resistant diabetic? There is no one evidence that my insulin secretion abnormally high. It is not. About that time my home glucose meter show 599 mg/dl. After that there were no numbers on the screen, just 'high'. No one evidence how 'high' was 'high'.
So, how Insulin resistance was diagnosed? If there any resistance to insulin, or there is no insulin at all? When this sample was collected I already re-started to take reduced dose of insulin. So, sugar in blood started to drop. Still, level of insulin did not go over the range. If so then why I am diagnosed as Insulin Resistant Diabetic type 2? There is nothing to resist. There is LIMIT of insulin secretion, as all of us, diabetics type 2 do have. Very high limit in insulin secretion, so high that rate of Death diabetics type 2 is number one in list of cause of Death.
This is The Myth about Insulin Resistance. There simple no medical condition such as 'Insulin Resistance'. It is only resistance of Medical Organization to provide right treatment. No one healthy patient is paying patient. When we are ill, we go to clinic. When we are healthy we go to vacation, camping, mountains, or just any other activity we can afford.
