There is Overview by WebMD what is diabetes type 2. I provide it with my own understanding, Diabetes type 2, what is it? I cannot ask any of my questions any of doctors. They simple way too busy to answer to my questions. Also, I do respect my medical team and I do not want to ask questions they are not comfortable to answer, why? They simple do understand, I do understand it is wrong answer, but they cannot give another one. So, I ask questions right now right here, and probably it is questions we all do have. Probably, someone some day will find the answer to so complicated and so uncomfortable question, Diabetes type 2, what is it? We all diagnosed with this type of medical condition, still, no one able to find logical and satisfying answer.
It is so easy today, just make it Protocol, Blood Sugar Is Vital, and the end of undiagnosed, untreated diabetes type 2.
Now there is another question, if I do eat egg, would my blood sugar go up? Try it, anyone diabetic or not and see for yourself. The difference between diabetic type 2 and non diabetic is, our insulin secretion is very slow. If healthy human body react to meal right away and secret insulin, then diabetic type 2 do not have this ability. Insulin secretion is very slow. This is why my blood sugar going up an up from 4 to 5 hours. In healthy body blood sugar return back to normal withing two hours, and never go over the healthy range. My blood sugar when I do not have insulin supply go up over the 599 mg/dl, the limit of my home meter ability to detect level of sugar in my blood. Try to take soda and see how many soda you need to rise your sugar over 600 mg/dl. I do not drink soda, it is too sweet for me. I take mineral water.
Back to symptoms, why there are no symptoms of diabetes type 2? Because before blood sugar will hit 600 mg/dl level it is go from 100mg/dl, and it is long way. Someone of us pass this way in speedy way. They are diabetics type 1. Other fight longer, and develop a lot of complications before life ended timelessly. We develop strokes and heart attacks, COPD, Asthma, cancer all types, cannot see or walk, and many other types of stages we are going before finally the fight is over and we lost. Take a look at our skin. We all do have brown spots on it. Then higher level of sugar then more brown spots on our skin. In advanced stage it is named, dirty foot. I posted picture of my foot somewhere. I was told, I do not have diabetes type 2, I do not need insulin. Insulin supply was terminated, and ... thanks God it is over, I do have insulin in my ref. right now. Brown spots started to get lighter. The gap between teeth is wide, it is diabetes. The color of teeth is brown or yellowish, it is diabetes type 2. The size of shoe is wider then non diabetics. The arms difficult to rise, it is diabetes type 2. And never forget depression, frozen shoulders, and Asthma, lungs complications, annd liver condition. O, yes, kidney, very often kidney infections. All this long before big appetite take the stage.
When we talk about diabetics type 2 and type 1 take a look at the picture of them in early time when they were not diagnosed with diabetes type 1. How did they looked? The difference is, they do have faster diabetes development, and our insulin limit grow slow, thanks to our very right highly adaptive life style.
Another interesting point, and it is MD Web, professional education for public, do they really understand what they are talking about? How MD do know that insulin released in right amount? How they did find it to be sure they claim right statement? Insulin released in tiny amount, not in right amount. No one study done to state, what is amount of insulin right. There is no one answer to this question, and no one MD able to answer to this question. They do know it. If so, then why it is so important to say what is really not true?
Finally, insulin does not 'help' cell to use sugar. Molecule of sugar is too big, so it is not possible for it to enter into cell. There is nothing about 'help' it is simple how our body system created.
Does every one do know the phenomenon of ding? Before we die, we all lose weight, if we sick for long time. When we still able to survive we gain weight.

When you have this disease, your body does a poor job turning the carbohydrates in food into energy. This causes sugar to build up in your blood. Over time it raises your risk for heart disease, blindness, nerve and organ damage, and other serious conditions. It strikes people of all ages, and early symptoms are mild. About 1 out of 3 people with type 2 diabetes don't know they have it.The first question is, why 1 out of 3 people with diabetes do not know they are diabetics? Is not this so shame that Americans live with undiagnosed untreated potentially fatal medical condition, and no one really care to provide not only treatment but even diagnose what wrong with those ill people? Just think about, how many millions live in the condition that food we eat does not turned into energy our body system needs for healthy living? Millions of Americans. To detect diabetes is so simple, just simple blood test, the drop of blood from the finger, the cost of less then $1, and there is no undiagnosed diabetics. Why today Americans can send spaceships into deep Cosmos, but still not capable to detected diabetes type 2 that millions of American Diabetics live with diabetes and do not know why they are so ill, low in energy? How many organ damage, blindness, heart disease, strokes, and other complications can be prevented just for cost $1, one glucose strip?
It is so easy today, just make it Protocol, Blood Sugar Is Vital, and the end of undiagnosed, untreated diabetes type 2.
People with type 2 diabetes often have no symptoms. When they do appear, one of the first may be being thirsty a lot. Others include dry mouth, bigger appetite, peeing a lot -- sometimes as often as every hour -- and unusual weight loss or gain.Really? Before we start to say that diabetics type 2 do not have symptoms of diabetes, let us see, what they are, symptoms of diabetes? Thirst? Dry mouth? Bigger appetite? Peeing a lot? Sorry, diabetes is not about the definition of it that diabetics do not turn carbohydrates in food into energy. BTW, does diabetic turn proteins or fat from good into energy? Where those two go after we ate them? Try to eat sugar, and see what would you have, energy or crash? Try another way, eat protein bar, and see what happen. I promise, you would be full for up to three hours or even more. Also try to eat chicken, or egg, and see, if this meal give you energy. Now the question is, do you eat egg or meet in your regular meal, or you eat sugar, sweets, and soda? Then why it is taken for granted that diabetics type 2 eat candy in stead of meat or chicken? We are not. We are the same as every one non diabetic. We eat meal, do not replace it with sugar.
Now there is another question, if I do eat egg, would my blood sugar go up? Try it, anyone diabetic or not and see for yourself. In a healthy person, insulin helps turn food into energy. Your stomach breaks down carbohydrates into sugars. They enter the bloodstream, prompting your pancreas to release the hormone insulin in just the right amount. It helps your cells use the sugar for fuel.As I said above, what about proteins and fats? Do they turned into energy? The matter of fact they do. Remember about ketons, what they are? They are proteins, and they come from fat when there is no sugar available to be used as fuel for energy. This is why diabetics lost weight, dramatically lost weight, and drink a lot of water, water, not soda.
In type 2 diabetes, your cells can’t use sugar properly. That means there's a lot of it in your blood. If you have a condition called insulin resistance, your body makes the hormone, but your cells don’t use it or respond to it like they should. If you’ve had type 2 diabetes for a while but haven’t treated it, your pancreas will make less insulin.Sorry, MD. There is nothing to use, properly or not. If there is no insulin then cell cannot use sugar in any way, properly or not. It is simple, sugar is in blood stream, and sugar cannot enter into cell without insulin to be used in any way. If so, then why it is 'insulin resistance'? If there is no insulin then there is nothing to resist. The statement that our diabetic type 2 body makes insulin is fake. There is no one evidence, no one diagnostic tool to detect the amount of insulin needed to be used. There is no one evidence what is the amount of insulin our body system uses during the day, night time, and so on. Prove? If they did know this they would be easy Rx dose of insulin diabetic needs for every day function. They do not know this dose. They are not able to Rx it. They do not know how to Rx insulin, to decrease high numbers and avoid low blood sugar.
One of the most surprising things about type 2 diabetes is that you can avoid it. To lower your risk, follow the same guidelines for warding off heart disease:Why they said so? Don't they know, it is fake statement and it hurts millions of their victims? Because of to treat diabetics it is only one right way, insulin, and as any complicated medical condition it is very risky and complicated. At the same time to put all responsibility to the victim of medical care is easy. Also it is easy to see, we all do have wide middle area, the result of fight and survival, result of healthy life style which keep us alive and functional.
People with prediabetes can avoid getting diabetes with lifestyle changes and medication.
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Exercise for 30 minutes, 5 days a week.
- Stay at a healthy weight.
- Talk to your doctor about being tested for prediabetes.
