       It was 1930. Now it is 2017. Every one out of ten Americans is diabetic. 95% of American Diabetics are diabetics type 2. The treatment for diabetics type 2 is Life Style Modifications, Starvation Diet, SU, Invokana. No insulin till all beta cells completely degenerated, meaning Death. Then some one of us will finally get crippled dose of insulin, just to keep agonized body to carry on profit into Medical Accounts.
      Is there something better possible to say? Insulin gave life to millions in past. Today millions of our lives destroyed for Profit! we are not so simple to die. We suffering.   Of cause it is easy to say, we are obese, and of cause, diabetes is Metabolic Syndrome, no one medical care provider able to define it. We take narcotics, Rx medicine to fight severe pain. we aggressively pushed in this direction. There are a lot of Pain Management clinic around NYC, in Brooklyn I do live. What does it mean, Pain Management? Simple. Medicine which will heal, or at least to treat, denied. Pain severe. In the beginning dose of narcotics is small, then it is higher and higher. Pain never stops.
      What really Pain Management will do to treat gangrene? Surgery at first, and then a lot of pain killers to fight Photon Pain. Give diabetic insulin in early onset of diabetes, as soon as it was diagnosed, and there is no gangrene. So, no wound care. Not wheelchair, no .... , you say it, there is no need in it. No visits to medical clinic. Dreams, sweet dreams. No insulin therapy for diabetics type 2. Simple and brilliant.
      If one wish to find the info how to deal with diabetes, ether type of it, because of type simple medical creation to pull as much money as possible, do not buy books such as  "Diabetes 101" or "Think as Pancreas", and all those types. Actually, I did not get any one book which worth to read after 1980. Best books are before that time. The medicine can be outdated, but it is not difficult to adjust medicine to modern pharmacology. The test books for medical pro much  more interesting and information in past then in present time. Also I wish to say, they are very affordable.
