Animal Model in study relation obesity-diabetes type 2. April 14, 2017

In animal model studies it is taken 10 month mice fed with high fat diet and kept in cage to low its activity. Then it studied how diabetes was developed regarding the level of fat. So, animal model of studies support the idea that fat and obesity leads to development of diabetes type 2.
Interesting point. 10 month, it is half of life for mice. So, if we will take into account that this mice were taken at age of one year, then right after fat diet the mice al already about 70 years of age of human. How many humans are healthy at age of 70?
It is taken for granted that diabetics developed diabetes type 2, non-insulin-dependent diabetes because of our obesity and inactive life style. To support this claim, animal model used. How the question is, how many animals who live in cage go to work every day? Humans go. We go to work every day even we are lazy. About diet, it is easy to take a look at the any fast food restaurant. Who take less meal, and who take more meal on the plate? Is this really true that obese people eat more then lean? I suggest to to to take a look what Chinese people eat. Still, they do not have high body weight, and in contrary they do have high prevalence of diabetes type 2. Please, no defense. I just try to make point, body shape has nothing deal with level of sugar.
With all do respect, I am just very curious, how diabetes was induced in mice? As I do remember, Dr. Banting took off part of dog's pancreas, so dog developed diabetes, and then he injected extract to treat diabetic dog. This was how insulin was found. He did not work with mice. Pancreas of mice is too tiny. It is not possible to reduce the part of it to work it correctly. He even did not use cats and rabbits, to difficult to work with, animals are too small.
In contrary, modern study based on mice animal models. Really, what they study? How it is possible to relay on the studies they done?
With every studies related to diabetes it is all the time presented mail/female, age/ ethnicity, and so on. In contrary, when it is presented in animal model all those features missed. There is even no male vs female, or age of subject of study. The matter of fact, mice live different number of years, according to the family they are from. Black, or gray, or brown. The difference can be up to year. In mice life-spine when it is 2 years in captivity (they live longer in cage then in wildness)  it is one/third of life, about 30 years in human years. It is better to take into consideration when study animal model.
Of cause, if it is studies. The reality is, there is no studies. It is just brain washing, and it is just putting fake ground under fake results.
