Blood Glucose Control and Kidney Complications. April 14, 2017

      There are studies conducted by UK prospective Study  Group and Joslin Clinic, Bston, USA.The object od study was the relationship between level of glucose in blood and kidney complications. What studies found, the level of sugar < 7.0%-6.5%  the kidney complications reduced.In Diabetics type 1 kidney complications are very low if A1c<8.0%. In contrary for diabetics type 2 practically A1c level never run below 6.5%. As it suggested by researchers,'despite incentive therapeutical efforts'". What are those efforts?
Calcium Channal Blockers as as angiotensin;
diuretics;
SU such as Glipizide which reduce level of Beta cells and lead to the complete degeneration of them;
metformin to kill liver, to lead liver to develop cisrrosis;
and metformin with insulin, no clue, what metformin for? Insulin will do the job. Metformin will resist any good. Why metformin is in this group?

     Patients were seen every 6 month. They were evaluated how many complications their kidney developed according to the level of sugar in their blood, A1c, plasma fasting, and after meal 2 hr. In all article, in all publication, there is no one attention, what treatment done to the diabetic? Really, why it is no any attention, how effective treatment was? What happened with blood sugar in diabetic type 2 after 6 month of SU and Metformin intensive therapy? Was A1c dropped? Was it increased? Beside of kidney complications, were another types of complications noted? What about foot? Leg? Circulation? Thrombosis? How blood sugar dropped? is it controlled with the therapy diabetic was Rx?
     In present time, why there is no any test to  check up, how degeneration or regeneration of beta cells progress? What is the weight of pancreas? Is pancreas lost its weight? Does pancreas increases in weight? Does pancreas recovery and heading to the healthy condition? The bottom line, if pancreas recovery then blood sugar would be more and more stable. If pancreas heading to the fatal end, regardless how many mg of diuretic diabetic takes, there is no way to escape the mortal line to grave.

        There are many millions of pages developed how to educate diabetics type 2 to moderate life style. There are no one test to run how diabetic's type 2 pancreas able to support this healthy life style. Of cause it is easy to take reading on bathroom scale and put on finger into big diabetic's type 2 belly. At least belly is all our fault. But if our pancreas is way too low in weight, despite of high weight of our bellies, it is medical responsibility to apply therapy to treat ill human organ, even human is fatty.
