Insulin Treatment in non-insulin-dependent diaabetes. April 10, 2017

Patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes (NIDD), by definition, are the less severely effected patients who can be treated by diet or tablets and remain well without diabetic symptoms arising from glycosuria (Sugar in Urine).
Whilst losing weight markedly decreases glycaemia (high sugar in blood), in the long term the majority of patients remain obese. Many patients continue  to have a high fasting llasma glucose concentration, with a mean of 7.6 mmol/1 .
In normal weight subjects, dieting to lose weight has  little effect.
R.C.Turner. Insulin Treatment in non-insulin-dependent diabetes. 11 Congress of the International Diabetes Federation. 1982p.282.
So, what is the solution? How to treat diabetes which is less severe then diabetes type 1, Insulin-Dependent type of diabetes?
At first, it is stated that diet has a little effect on the level of sugar. It can decrease level of sugar a little, but only in short term, and just a little bit. In no one way diet can take level of sugar under control. And also there is no diet to bring level of sugar from very high down to the normal range. In contrary, insulin can do the job. Insulin take care for the highest level of sugar. It bring back diabetic from almost the last breath.
The question is, why wait? Why do not start insulin therapy right from the first day of diagnose? Really, what all these conversation about insulin dependency? What does it mean, 'not-insulin-dependent diabetic treated with insulin'?
I am not going to discuss all  that absurd. It is brain washing propaganda to put attention of public from real problem with medical care to the victim of this care. Why not? In this case there are the scapegoats to blame, and the money still flow to the widely open pocket.
Any cause of hyperglycemia is due to a decreased effectiveness of insulin, and could be treated by insulin administration.
If this is so then why do I need tablets or starvation diet? I can take insulin and decrease high blood sugar numbers down to the healthy level. No fancy complications. If insulin therapy started early then no complications would have chance to be developed.
Not so fast.
For decades, American waistlines have been expanding and there is increasing cause for alarm. Researchers now make the case that metabolic syndrome -- a cluster of three of more risk factors that include abdominal obesity, high triglycerides, high blood pressure, abnormal lipids, and insulin resistance, a precursor of type 2 diabetes -- is the new 'silent killer,' analogous to hypertension in the 1970s.

Now, in 2017, we no longer have simple 'diabetes type 2' as it was in 1980. It is 'metabolic syndrome'. And now what is it? Regrardless, it is syndrome or diabetes or type of population targeted by desease, it still high blood sugar level, and do they want or not, they have to deal with high blood sugar numbers. How?
There are millions of pages can be published, and millions of $$$$$$$$$$$ can be posted on accounts of Dr.Oz or professor Taylor, still, diabetics die in 21 Century due to high blood sugar level, 100 % preventable death with insulin treatment. Without insulin, regardless how hard we mocked or abused, there is no one way to keep heart beating and lungs pumping oxygen. We die in severe pain and misery, the same as thousands years ago.
This killing far away from being 'silent'. It is pain, it is  severe pain, and I cannot take it. It is pain in every muscle, they are twisted. No move is possible. Just voice. So, do not say, it is 'silent'. It is very loud very often. Out breathing is laboring, loud. There are water in lungs. Very loudly sound. Of cause, no one medical doctor ever know the noise of our lungs. we are 'silent' for them.
My legs are not only in pain, but also in grease, dirty, and wet, severely wet. So, to avoid public eye I wear pants. No one see Pellon Natural Cotton Batting wrapped around my legs. I use to buy it in Walmart, one bolt after another. When there is not possible to bear this pain we do not go public. We stay home. There are no place for us in hospitals. No treatment available.
Really, what kind of treatment Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University would suggest? Go home and work out my waistlines.
For optimal health, the waist should measure less than 40 inches for men and 35 inches for women. The authors explain that the visceral fat component of abdominal obesity leads not only to insulin resistance but also to the release of non-esterified free fatty acids from adipose tissue or body fat.
LOL! Would you please say me, how to bring my high blood sugar level down with decrease of waist line? At least they have to start it right in the hospital where I was recently. Not at all. They cannot let me do workout. I am in too severe condition. It is better to let diabetic home, and then educate victim how to decrese waist line to bring blood sugar back to normal.
Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"The pandemic of obesity, which begins in childhood, is deeply concerning," said Perumareddi. "Adolescents today are more obese and less physically active than their parents and already have higher rates of type 2 diabetes. It is likely that the current generation of children and adolescents in the U.S. will be the first since 1960 to have higher mortality rates than their parents due mainly to cardiovascular disease, including coronary heart disease and stroke."
True? FALSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why? Remember, we are generation of diabetics type 2, obese, but still mobile mostly. Generation before us were not mobile, but skinny, like my father.  They died early. My father was 37. At that time children no longer died in early childhood, at least the mortality of children dropped. we survived. We were not fatty or obese when we were children. Today we are obese, and we are diabetics type 2. Many our children get overweight or even obese. Still, they are alive, mobile, move on two legs. Remember that. With time when we got obesity, our children will overcome diabetes type 2, and would be healthy then we are.  Most important do not let them be destroyed by this dirty propaganda obesity, or weight loss surgery, or transplants. They need nothing of it. Just take them as they are, lovely in any pounds of weight.
What really researchers suggest? What really they do study? How to make money of Fake News and Fake Medical Investigations.
I wish I ask the reserchers, diabetes type 2, what is it? Insulin resistance, what is it?Diabetes, really, what is it in first place? And how they suggest to treat Metabolic Syndrome without addressing to the high level of sugar? Very simple. The same way as today diabetics type 2 do not have ketons or thrombosis. Very simple, just do not run test, so there is no thrombus or cloths, no high blood sugar or ketons. All what would left, just wide waist line. To decrease this wideness, no insulin required.
The end of the story.
Be silent, and pretend, there is no diabetes, pancreas disorder when beta cells degenerated and no longer able to do the job, secret insulin.
DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health, approximately two-thirds of adults age 20 or older are overweight or obese with body mass indexes (BMI) greater than 25, and nearly one-third have BMIs greater than 30. Less than one-third of them are at a healthy weight with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9. Estimated medical costs of obesity are as high as $147 billion a year for 2008, or almost 10 percent of all medical spending.
Did I say: follow money? 10% of all medical spending go to obesity treatment and diabetes type 2 prevention!  Who will let this money be lost? Would they let us go out of hook? NEVER! we are way too profitable. Stop to pay 'prevention' programs and 'obesity treatment' and there would be  no more obesity. Add more money, and more of us will go to the direction we pushed. Simple Business Low.
