New test identifies patients with diabetes who are at high risk of kidney failure

Summary:

Two biomarkers -- urinary albumin to creatinine ratio (ACR) and estimated glomerular filtration rate -- are used to identify those at higher risk of kidney failure. But many say those criteria miss a large proportion of patients who are at high risk of the disease and fail to predict accurately time of onset of ESRD. Now a research team has developed a prognostic tool that accurately predicts the risk of end stage renal disease (ESRD) in patients with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

Ok, I got it. It is important to find out who is in the risk to develop kidney failure. Diabetics type 2 are all in risk. If so  then what do you talking really about? The studies were done for what? Money. As it was long before insulin was developed the Father of the Joslin Diabetes Center, Dr. Joslin, treated diabetics with education and diet, abusing ill people that they are fat, and there is no any excuse to be fat if one is diabetic, the same today, his successors develop studies how to find out who is in the risk to develop one complication or another. Say me, why do I need this test in first place?
      I do not need this test. But they do need it. If they run this test they got paid. Also the result of this test make them free from being accused  in fail to prevent amputation, the result of kidney failure, or timeless death of diabetic type 2. Most important part in any treatment is test. Tests can be run without any responsibility, and it is good source of money. Treatment is not so easy to Rx. It is doctor's responsibility and doctor can be treated for malpractice. I do, I understand, not too many of them do have this accusations. They all do practice in malpractice. This malpractice started with identifying risks. To identify the risk is not responsibility. It still not diagnose.
     In legal practice the name for this is 'perfect murder'.
     Let us take another look at the studies. ".....a prognostic tool that accurately predicts the risk of end stage renal disease (ESRD) in patients with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes." The end stage if it is identified, what is the treatment for this stage of medical condition? The End! Death! If so, then say me, what is really the point to identify the risk of this condition? Just say me, what are the studies about? Money! Money! Nothing but money!
     Take closer look at the Joslin Diabetes Center diabetics type 2 treatment options. Not insulin. No way for this. Insulin is too risky for Joslin Diabetes Center. They develop studies how to identify risks for developing End Stage. But to develop protocol, how to treat diabetics type 2 that we do not develop End Stage, .... no, thanks, they are not in these studies. The same as Dr. Joslin in his time. He studied diabetes, treated diabetics, but it is not he who developed treatment for diabetes but Dr. Banting. In all books Dr. Joslin published he is ready to give credits to C. Best, but he is very very resistant to credit Dr. Banting. Why should not he? Dr. Banting took  his legacy, and money of cause. What Dr. Joslin suppose to do after insulin discovery? Use insulin? Lost his practice? He was not so low smart  to take this risk.

 This new test could help doctors assess disease risk in their patients and guide researchers to develop more effective therapies to prevent or treat kidney failure.     

Am I right? Of cause I am. It will 'help to develop effective therapies', but still, there is no therapies to treat kidney before the End Stage developed. To prevent this from being developed Joslin Diabetes Center works very hard. There is no one reason to prevent kidney failure, or End Stage of diabetes type 2 development. There is no money. So, in stead to develop therapies how to treat any diabetes  complications, Joslin Diabetes Center develop studies how to predict and prevent risks to cure diabetes type 2. As I said, perfect murder. No one ever got convicted. 76 000 diabetics lost lives every year, 100% preventable deaths. No one ever convicted in malpractice or wrong therapy.

New studies. A new identifications of risks and developments. Every one study diabetics how to determine risks factors. No one have any idea how to find out cure for diabetes. Why? They do not need this cure. We do, we need, but we cannot demand right treatment. We even have no one idea this treatment is available for us. We are studied and over-treated. We are identified in our risk factors and ... really, what "and'? There is no 'and'.
      It is well known that Asian population is in higher risk of diabetes prevalence. In Japan people live longer then in America. Japan live expectancy is 83.7, UK is 81.2, America is 79.3, China is 76.1, Vietnam is 76.0, Malaysa it is 75.0, Thailand it is 74.9, Rasuan Federation where people are wight, it is 70.5.
      In America diabetics screening and studies conducted by risk factors. In Japan studies conducted by house-to-house studies. Every one in household studied for blood and urine sugar started from age of 5. Then if test was positive, diabetes was diagnosed or confirmed. Then follow-up after a few years or treatment, if treatment was effective or not.  There is no studies like that in America. There are no studies how treatment effect level of sugar in blood and urine. But it is very wide studies how middle area developed and if it lead to diabetes type 2 (this all the time positive result because of there is no negative results which are in risk of interest).
        With this studies there are a lot of discussions, how black or green at risk to develop diabetes, how purple or lilac develop kidney failure, and how blue or wight develop heart attack.
