Are you ready to pay thousands if your ER visit isn't an emergency?

Are you ready to pay thousands if your ER visit isn't an emergency?

So what? Go to ER or Don't go to ER? Who will pay the bill?
Well, if I come to my prime doctor, would MD provide care I need? Really? Looks like Americans or media never use prime care medicine. If MD would provide care we need then diabetes never would fly so high in mortality rate. And diabetes type 2 is number 7 cause of death in America. In NYC it is number 4.
Say me, when diabetes type 1 diagnosed and how? Simple, it is usually diagnosed in hospital in ER when sugar run over the limit body system can handle. Many diabetics diagnosed with diabetes when they transferred into ER in condition of coma. Heart attack? Stroke? Say me, who suppose to diagnose if it is heart attack or stroke? Yeas, how stroke diagnosed if it is not fatal? Year after this happened by random MRI. Otherwise why so many of us do have so many black spots in brain, and have no one idea when stroke happened? The reality is, we do know it. We just do not have official diagnose when we come to  MD. We simple sent home to lose weight or change life style. Prove? Clot in lungs Florida woman got and tried to get help in ER. She was sent home, and because of she refuses and demand medical attention MD, o, no nurse, called Police. There are never MD in hospital or clinic when we do have stroke or heart attack.
I tried to get help in my local hospital.
 "What bring you hear?"
"I think I do have stroke."
"Ha ha ha, today every one think one has stroke. Are you mind to go home? But be sure to see your doctor."
Really, who was talking?
I tied another hospital. The same result with only one difference. I was discharged from hospital after midnight when my man left home. Alone with blood in brain, I hardly was able to walk. I think I do have very strong Guardian Angel.
In MD clinic I come to see MD. My blood was so dense (sugar was way too high, over 599 mg/dl, my glucose meter limit" that it did not go to meter. Really, what MD said? "Are you consider weight loss surgery?"
Every hospital, every clinic in NYC provide weight loss treatment plan. No treatment for diabetics type 2. Now really I have to idea where may I go? Emergency or not, I need medicine, I  am disable person. Right now I do have scooter, why? Insurance company insisted that MD fill our forms. So, his nurse done the job. He never did it.
Right now I take insulin, from 300 units to 500 units. I was born diabetic. I was diagnosed as diabetic type 2 insulin independent insulin resistant diabetic, back in 2002. Only in 2011 I took my first insulin shot, 11 units. How many times I was in ER? Or in medical Clinic? In 2011 I went to clinic or some tests rooms every week. What MD said? I do have no problem with health, just  imagination.
What I do suggest, just transfer money from insurance company right to Medical pocket. Why they do need us, patients with all our problems, in clinic or in hospital or in ER? We are just carry one one duty, money from one pocket to another.
Today millions of our lives can be saved. Really, who needs these lives? There are immigrants with cheap demand and ready to do job for very low wage. No health insurance, no  demands. On one side it is terrorists attacks, on the other side there are wars without end, and finally our Medical Care which care for the same pocket where money stored. There are too many of us.
