November 2017 Studies Results. November 7, 2017

It is not all November 2017. It is just first few days. But the results is surprising for me, and I share it with you, my respectful reader. I am sure there some one who use, used, or will use my post in wrong way, to hijack my studies results. I Know, there are all the time someone like this. But when I look at the diversity of readers who come to my blog, I am thinking, maybe one day all that crap such as reverse diabetes type 2 with life style modifications would be over, and we are, diabetics type 2, 95 % of all diabetics population, would be treated with respect and without bulling and abuse. I am very hope this day will come. I want be part of this, that my studies help someone to find right way to lifestyle.
        As I posted lastly, I started to get  a lot of blood sugar readings. It is one hour study, one day after another. I posted results of one day. Now it is another surprise. Take a look at the table. I am not so good in the computer skills.
L.S.S is Lantus Solo Star insulin injection, time and dose.
Toujeo is another type of insulin, time and dose.
The average of level of sugar for November 1, 2017 is 182.53 mg/dl.
The total dose of insulin is 421 units.
As it is easy to see from table there is no low sugar at all. Sugar all day just fine. Also I can say, there is no any hunger or discomfort. It is actually good. I eat when I want to eat, and as much as I want.  This is the point. We all the time must live lives we do not like to love. We must count calories, to restrict calories intake, work out to reduce weight, and weight never go down. In stead really it get up and up because of weight of water, edema, very severe edema. From this point amputation come. When water does no go away kidney do not discharge water, and water leak trough skin. Heart attacks kill faster then high blood sugar. Strokes, COPD, and Sleep Aphnea  when we cannot take out breath at night, follow up in cause of death.
          Death that can be prevented with insulin therapy.
Take a look at the table. 421 units. But it is not one shot, it is 5 shots of insulin. What is insulin shots taken evenly within 24 hours. It is not one shot a day, or one shot a week. This therapy never worked, never will. But even shots, as long as sugar is really under control, do the job. Because of I am long time on high insulin dose, I can take 100 units without problem in one shot. So, I take 100 units, 80 units of Lantus Solo Star, and 20 units of Toujeo Solo Star if sugar is higher then 180 mg/dl.  or 200 mg/dl. I started to work on the blood sugar control in this way.
      I did not finish with my studies. I still work on them. I hope I will be able to post the results.
