The article climes, it is 'True' about sugar. The fact can be different. "True" or "False" is not so easy to find. Also, is this really true what someone said it is "True"? Good question, I will say. So, to see where is "True" and when statement is "False" I prefer to see by my own opened eyes and free mind.

Sugar fuels every cell in the brain. Your brain also sees sugar as a reward, which makes you keep wanting more of it. If you often eat a lot of sugar, you're reinforcing that reward, which can make it tough to break the habit.

 If it is "True" or "false " is easy to check up by yourself in stead to trust even in very high authority.If we really wish to take sugar more and more then we would eat sugary meal, food, and drink. The simple look at the people around on the streets show it right opposite. Usually people carry on bottle of water. In restaurants we eat soup and meat or fish, and only small portion of our meal is sugary desert, with tea or coffee. So, the claim that we sugary addicted is fake, "False".

Why do you get a rush when you eat a midday candy bar? The sugar in it -- called a simple carbohydrate -- is quickly turned into glucose in your bloodstream. Your blood sugar levels spike. Simple carbs are also found in fruits, veggies, and dairy products. But these have fiber and protein that slow the process. Syrup, soda, candy, and table sugar don't.

 Another fake statement. Does we really rush when we eat candy bar? Also I can say that after eating Protein Bar which easy to see as it is Candy bar, I still satisfy for a few hours, 4 or even 5. I all the time carry on Protein bar with me because of I am diabetic type 2, very often I do have low blood sugar, which is not possible to predict, so I carry on my rescue meal, protein bar and water. For diabetics usually recommended to carry on some thing sweet to eat when sugar drops too low. It is easy to recommend, but does really those who state these recommendations try them how they work? I do not think so. When sugar getting low our bodies need meal, food. No one person replace meal with sugar. Usually it is not sugary drink or meal how we start our meal. We finish with sweet cake, but we never start with it. Also cake never replace meal. No one adult rush to eat candy bar. Think about yourself, are you in rush? I am not.

Your body needs to move glucose out of the bloodstream and into your cells for energy. To do this, your pancreas makes insulin, a hormone. As a result, your blood sugar level may have a sudden drop. This rapid change in blood sugar leaves you feeling wiped out and shaky and searching for more sweets to regain that sugar "high." So that midday sugary treat has set you up for more bad eating.

Sugar never go up and drop low in people who are not diabetics. "High" means abnormally high blood sugar level in blood. Increasing level of sugar during the meal or after meal is not "High" , it is normal prosess of digestion. After meal was prosessed. About one hour after meal sugar stop to go up and start to drop. Withing 2 hours sugar returns to the normal level. This is medical publications. I am diabetic type 2. My sugar rised up to 5 hours and then dropped withing one hour down to normal level, but dud not stop and still dropping down deeper and deeper into low level. Yesterday it was 42 mg/dl. With this level I cannot eat, cannot hold spoon. So, I eat protein bar. If my man  home he will fix meal for me. But usually I am alone.

The idea is to purge your system of sugar. Diet changes like this are too drastic to keep up. Changes that you can do only for the short term mean you'll fall back to your old habits.
The idea to get rid of sugar is far away to be healthy. Really, if there is no sugar then there is no fuel for brain to work. So simple. This is why there is no one diet which can treat or cure diabetes type 2, no one diet will ever work.  If human will follow this drastic diet human will die necause of malnutrition, Starvation.We need our food to live healthy and well. We need sugar in our system. But there is big trick. In diabetes there are sugar, but still diabetic hungry, so hungry that really when we start to eat we getting more hungry then before we took our first bite. Why? There is no insulin to use sugar properly. Insulin added in injections solve the problem. Sugar get used and do the job, so our system work well in healthy way. There is no any addiction. It is disease, Diabetes, when insulin secretion broken, limited, do not meet body systen meeds in it. When it is addiction then the subject of addiction can be eliminated and ill person get healthy, cured. In Diabetes sugar cannot be eliminated. No one human being can love without food, and food all the time converted into sugar to be used as source of energy. We cannot live without sugar. Diabetics are not addicts. We are ill people who has limited secretion of Insulin, the hormon which work together with sugar as source of energy our body system needs to function.
