The Office of the Actuary at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on Thursday released the latest version of its widely followed annual national health expenditures report. Health Affairs published a related article immediately online, which will appear in the January issue of the journal.

      This is cost of medical care.  Very high in America. What do we have for money which spent on this medical care?
      I was in medical clinic of Cardiology. Of cause there were some tests, and of cause MD cared to Rx more tests. What for? It was not first time I was in his office. The same I was in many other medical clinics with the same result. Better to say, no result at all. But MD sent bills and health plan pay it. The matter of fact the same as with diabetes in past I even do not have diagnose, what is with my heart? Is my heart healthy? How it can be? I hardly able to walk from kitchen to open door. I do have stool in the way that I can sit and take rest before I will go back to kitchen or my study room. I hardly able to calm my breath and stop to gasp for air.
       A few last years, actually about 8 years, pretty many a few, I asked all MD that I need Rx to Coumadin.  There is no coumadin. Why? The same why millions of diabetics live without sufficient care, insulin. 95% of all diabetic population are diabetics type 2. Treatment for us is life style modifications. It is first line of treatment for any diabetic type 2 in any medical clinic. Most important, there is no diagnose available for diabetic but diabetes type 2. No treatment but Junk Medicine which kill diabetic type 2 withing less then 10 years after it started. There is no one evidence that anyone member of Junk Medical Family ever treated diabetes type 2 effectively, no one. Diabetes type 2 progressive, and eventually fatal. But there are no other type of medicine but all Junk Big Pharma developed for profit from our sweet blood.
      In my last visit I asked cardiologist why he reject to Rx insulin. He answered that there must be requirement met.  Which one? There were no reasonable answer. "Clot in blood" - he said. Show me one clot n blood, and I will accept this requirement. No one can see it. Sometimes test can shot that clot, but say me how? Cat - scan? Yes, but it is MD who interpreter this test, and no one of us, patient, even see how this test looks like. We never have our copied of blood or EKG, or any tests. We have trust in doctor. And because of we have to trust in MD there is no need for MD to be honest or educated. Just simple, no need.
     When I was in office cardiologist looked sort of odd. Soon after I took my seat I realized, there is no any attention to me, to my problems, even to the fact that there is patient in the room. I felt, MD simple forgot, he must work to do.With about five patient in clinic, myself, two before me, two after me, and I spent more then three hours in clinic. No discussion or copy of blood work. No copy of other tests he already performed. But he was ready to take another test, to hunt clots in heart. What if clot is in leg? Or in lung? The test cardiologist will take will no show the clot. Also to see if blood is clotting there is no need to look for a cloth, but another test, blood work must be done.
    I left clinic, finally. No diagnose what is going with my heart. He even said that my stress test I took 8 years ago was good. My Goodness! I was not able to walk even 6 min. But he multiplied the speed I walked, very slow, and put in file, I can walk some miles withing one hour. So simple. If I walk from kitchen to door, then I can walk from home in Brooklyn to Manhattan.Why not? There is Brooklyn Bridge, and I can walk on it.
     In publication there are cost of medical care. Very high. Who pay highest price? we do. Neglected, mocked, humiliated,  wrongly treated with Junk medicine which kill us, but carry one high profit to Medical Complex we  are blamed that we cost to much for society. We are too profitable to be treated effectively. Politicians need money, Medical industry needs its high profit.  Every one benefit from our sweet and clothed blood.
