Comparison of type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Similarities and Dissimilarities in Etiology, Pathogenes, and Complications.I wish I can copy that book and post it right here. I cannot. This took time for me to find prove that type 2 diabetes was introduced in 1980. Now I do have this prove. So, let us see, what are types of diabetes and why they are so different in treatment. Really, it is all the time biggest question, why one diabetic treated with insulin? Why another one treated with SU and Invokana? Which medicine is right? Which treatment is wrong? Are they both right because there are different types of diabetes? So many questions. There are no answers.

Classification of diabetes mellitus.
The impart of discovery of Insulin on the well-being of type 1 diabetics is well documented. However, throughout the world most diabetics can be classified as Type 2 diabetics. Moreover, it is only in a very small part of the world that type 1 diabetes has such a prevalence that it affects up to 10% of the total diabetic population.
- Isulin Dependent, ketosis-prone type of diabetes, which is associated with increased or decreased frequency of certain histocompatibility antigens (HLA) on chromosome 6 and with islet cell antibodies, be considered a Distinct Subclass of Diabetes (IDDM)
- The noninnsulin-dependent, nonketosis-prone type of diabetes, which are not secondary to other disease be considered a Second Distinct Subclass of Diabetes Mellitus (NIDDM). This subclass has been divided according to whether or not obesity is present and is further characterized by the type of treatment the patient receive or by other characteristics. It is believed that that further heterogeneity within NIDM and IDDM will be demonstrated.
- Types of diabetes caused by other conditions be considered a third subclass of Diabetes Mellitus.
- Individuals with plasma glucose levels between those considered normal and those considered diabetic be termed to have Impaired Glucose Tolerance.
Why type 1 is ketosis - prone type of diabetes? Because of urine of diabetic was tested for ketons. Why diabetes type 2 is non ketosis-prone? Because of according to classifications diabetics type 2 do not have ketons in urine, so there are no need to test urine to ketons. Assumption confirmed. There are no prove that diabetic's type 2 urine has ketons in it. Simple. Brilliant. 100% guaranty of right result.
It is said that diabetics type 2 blood does not have antibodies. But the same as with ketosis, no one ever test diabetic's type 2 blood for antibodies. The prove is 100 % correct and accurate: there are no anti-bodies in diabetic's type 2 blood.
Do everyone know how many chromosomes in our blood? Are they in blood or in flesh? What is chromosome #6? Why it is so significant that in diabetic's type 1 it is tested, and when one diagnosed that one is diabetic type 2 this test is never taken?
Now about diabetes type 2 classification. This subclass of diabetics may be lean or obese. So, every one non middle class or low income class, this is 90% of human population, perfectly fit into this class.
Now, according to classification, diagnose based on treatment patient has, insulin or non insulin therapy. Insulin therapy is complicated and expensive. So, 10% of human population is Noble Diabetics type 1. The rest of us is Simple, type 2 diabetic. We may have treatment with any trash medicine, and easily be used for any medical studies. As it is perfectly know at that time, treatment with insulin is well known. The treatment with newly developed drugs is uncertain, risky. It is only for type 2 diabetics, second subclass of human population.
Lastly, Impaired Glucose Tolerance, in present time it is pre-diabetes, this is what about? Would this subclass ever be type 1 diabetics? Never of cause. They are already stamped with classification. For this group diagnose of diabetes is delayed. Treatment would be started when diabetes would be in fill bloom, and complications would be developed. But for now that victims are take all types of diets, work out in fitness clubs, and run on streets after work and before. Also they go to medical clinic and have Rx to opioids because of High BP and severe headaches, frequents infections, and kidney shot down.
At least they are bound to medical clinic, and are very profitable for medical complex.
