New pill can deliver insulin through the stomach

A research team has developed a drug capsule that could be used to deliver oral doses of insulin, potentially replacing the injections that patients with type 2 diabetes have to give themselves every day.https://www.sciencedaily.com
At first, what is diabetes type 2? This is the question all the time. Diabetes type 2 become mystery, just expression, or curse, or anything else. But to see it as it is medical condition one mystery say more then just diagnose. Every one has Flu some days. No one will pretend that Flu can be treated with "oral dose of medicine". If so then why diabetes type 2 presented that it can be treated in this way, with "oral dose of insulin"? How many tablets or capsules I have tp swallow to delivery 480 units of insulin? And remember, highest dose of insulin which recorded by medical team was 5,000 units within 24 hours.
Seconds point is, how to adjust dose of oral medicine? Oral medicine come in huge dose, compare with injection of units, small dose easily to inject and very very flexible. In present time no one MD able to say what dose of insulin diabetic must inject every day, every time when injection taken. Read Medical books or ADA guidance. There is no one instruction how to determine dose of insulin. If so then say me, how oral dose of insulin would be Rx-ed?
Third point, in present time there is no any guidance how to treat diabetics type 2 with insulin, well known old fashioned insulin.  There is no studies how effect of insulin may be controlled. Even Insulin Reaction, low blood sugar, not known how to treat effectively. In hospitals many diabetics type 2 die because of low sugar. Very simple, there is no any education for doctors how to treat diabetes type 2 with insulin. Insulin in injections can be given in very small dose, just a few units, and in very high dose such as 200 units. Personally I inject 160 units at one shot, three  or four times daily. Recently I had to inject 814 units, because of it is cold outside. Looks like I do have crisis right now.
Finally, why need to take oral medicine in stead of well known injections? What really wrong with injections? Would be it is easy with oral medicine? I do not think so. Oral or Injected medicine has own properties, and own side effect. Would be this new medicine more effective then old fashioned insulin? Not at all. And it will be very expensive because of it would be brand medicine. It will take many years to take off medicine from market. Many lives will be lost in this Medical Charlatanism.
