Author's Perspective: When I was originally diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in the hospital, all I heard every day was that I would have to be on insulin for the rest of my life. I was also told that it was not possible to reverse my diabetes. Most interesting point, how author was told that he must take insulin for the rest of the life? He was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and this type of diabetes is not insulin dependent, no insulin in diabetic's type 2 medical box.
https://www.deathtodiabetes.com/clinical-studies.php
Another point is who told to author that diabetes type 2 cannot be reversed? Every Old Wives do know it very well that type 2 diabetes can be reversed if author will starve himself for the rest of his life. No diabetes type 2, not high blood sugar reading, just stop to eat, and diabetes type 2 would be reversed. Every one do know that, and in every visit author has in clinic or hospital he was told so.
Lastly, what does it mean, to reverse diabetes type 2? When diabetes type 2 reversed, does diabetic still diabetic? Was diabetic type 2 cured? Or author is going to stay in condition of diabetes type 2 for the rest of his life? Too complicated to understand.
Finally, what is diabetes type 2 and how this type of diabetes was diagnosed? Before any treatment would be started, medical condition must be diagnosed. So, what is diagnose for type of diabetes? We all do know very well that TB diagnose based on presence of bacteria in blood. Cold and Flu diagnosed with presence of virus in blood. Diabetes diagnosed with elevated level of sugar in blood. How type of diabetes, type 1, type 2, LADA, MODY, Idiopatic Diabetes, or any other types of diabetes diagnosed? As long as I do still know, there is no one test to diagnose type of diabetes.
Needless to say, during my research, I was surprised to discover so many clinical references on PubMed and other medical databases about the feasibility of reversing Type 2 diabetes! It is very well known fact that with every research every sturdier will find what one is looking. The author found that diabetes type 2 can be reversed. Why? He needs to find researchers to support his claim. I cannot find any studies to support my claim that there is no such things as 'reverse diabetes type 2'. I simple cannot find out, what is it, to reverse diabetes type 2. I do know two conditions our body can be: to be healthy or to be sick or ill.
Healthy person is one whose all organs work as they suppose to work to support human life. If there are some problem with health then there are two ways: to cure or to support life as healthy as it it is possible and as long as it is possible. So, sick person takes medicine, or change lifestyle for the duration of sick days, such as flu, take rest, take medicine or some sort of remedial and recovery. Some sick days can be long, as recovery after surgery, but still patient fully recovery. Even when it is trauma and amputation, the fully recovery is the case. There is nothing what else can be done, and patient healthy otherwise.
When it is such illness without possible recovery such as diabetes, patient is chronically ill. This means that one must take medicine for the rest of one's life, because of modern medicine has no cure for this condition. As chronically ill we cannot stay out of medicine. This is diabetes, type 1 or type 2 or any other types of it, still diabetes is chronicle medical condition which require constant medicine and observation.
Now, what is Reverse? In mechanic it is when engine run in one direction and then started to run in another direction. Best sample of reverse motion is wash machine. Any reversal based on full stop in motion before move in another direction would be started. So, what it is when diabetes type 2 Reversed? It mean that with some actions blood sugar elevation stopped on some point, and then it started to drop to the some point. If it is motion then we consider it is up and down, front and back, and finally full stop. But diabetes type 2 is not machine. How that mechanism work in Diabetes type 2 reversal?
As I just said, reverse mean move up and down, forth and back. So, if author insist that diabetes type 2 possible to reverse, then say me, how it is better then take insulin daily? That's right. As diabetic type 2 I take from 400 to 500 units of insulin daily. It is high dose, but I get use it. I am very comfortable with daily injections, do see no problem with them. I take lower dose of insulin in Summer. Dose of insulin go up when I do have another health issue. But it is not such big deal. All what I have to do just check up sugar level and add on some 50 - 100 more units in daily dose.
Now how reverse of diabetes looks like?
This nutritional program must be strong enough such that it can help you to go beyond lowering your blood glucose and hemoglobin A1C so that you can get the disease under control, stop its progress and eventually reverse the disease. At first, I have no one idea that any diet can lead to low blood sugar, so low that even A1c would drop. The matter of fact, if A1c is low then this is not diabetes but some other medical conditions. In diabetics type 2 A1c never drop low. If normal A1c = 4% to 5.9% then low A1c meaning, it is constant low blood sugar, average sugar is 68 mg/dl. As it is well known to every one diabetic type 2 blood sugar readings are all the time different, even different when we take them from different fingers. Now, low level before meal, highest level after meal. It is also ABC. 68 mg/dl as average meaning that sugar level dropping below that number, and it is level of sugar in last three month. How low sugar dropped? How often blood sugar dropped to be considered as low A1c?
All that only rhetorical questions. The answer is only one. With so huge published list of references author read no one study and has no one idea what is the subject he is discussing. In Diabetes there is no such thing as low A1c blood sugar. Period.
Second, no one nutrition program will give control of diabetes type 2. Why? Because of nutrition can bring up and down glucose reading, only in very limited scale, but diabetes is not level of sugar in blood. Diabetes type 2 is incorrect using of insulin ( as it is presented by ADA) or limited insulin secretion, also presented by ADA, or or both. So, it is all about insulin secretion or insulin use, but nothing about nutrition. If insulin secretion is broken then what nutrition it suppose to be used? No any answer to this very simple question. Any nutrition presented to reverse diabetes reduce level of sugar, but no one reference published how insulin secretion increased with nutrition and what nutrition to be used for this goal.
As usual, the discussions based on what? No one fact that any nutrition can increase insulin secretion.
Now, what I try to find, how all that steps work.
Let us start with stage 6. Non diabetic state. Healthy diet. Supplements. Exercise.
Blood sugar 80 - 90 mg/dl. A1c<5.1%
What is next?
Odd question, is not it? After Nirvana achieved, every one live happy and long. But take at stage 5. The same diet, healthy, the same supplements, the same work out. Sugar dropped from A1c5.3% down to 5.1%.
If we take the projection then after stage 6 and with all that healthy diet and work outs and supplements sugar still dropping down to ...? what point? If reverse started it somehow must be stopped, how? If it does not stop then dropping will go on and on and on..... . If healthy eating stopped, then what is the next stage? I project it is as with every reversal motions, numbers go up and diabetic reverse back to diabetes state. This is how every reverse motion works. Every motion has two stage, more or stop. Reverse is process. If it is presented that reverse will mover from diabetes state to non diabetes state, then next step must be stop the motion, to fix the condition of non diabetes state. Still, the same action, healthy eating, supplement taking, and work outs lead to bring diabetes from diabetes state to non diabetes state, meaning that if diabetic still take the same healthy meal, the blood sugar still dropping.
Take a look at, how all that reverse was going. It started in stage 3. Diabetic started to eat healthy and work out regularly. Blood sugar started to go down from 80 - 110 mg/dl. and with time reversed diabetes type 2, bringing numbers down to 80 - 90 mg/dl.
Interesting point I would like to say. Does author know that diabetics type 2 on spot number 7 in line to grave? Does author know that every year 80,000 diabetics lost life to diabetes? They do not have blood sugar 125 mg/dl. They do have over 700 mg/dl level of sugar in blood, and they are diabetics type 2. This is most important point of discussion. Author pretend that he found Death to Diabetes type 2. His ambitious book title is
Death to Diabetes: The Six Stages of Type 2 Diabetes Control & Reversal

It is always very easy to deal with problem which is not yours. It is usually too difficult to solve own problems. What I suggest to author, simple, very simple: do not go to dentist . Try to reverse your dental problems naturally, with healthy eating and work outs. Also you can take supplements. Why do you have dental problems? Because you do not eat right, and do not brash your teeth. Start with simple step, brash your teeth every morning, and then add on evening teeth brash before bed. Avoid 7 food that destroy your teeth. You can find these food in your reference list. If you got pain simple try to do work out. Then severe pain then intensive work out. It will help you to forget about teeth and concentrate on muscle sore ache. When you move blocks try to do work out for your teeth as well. Open mouth widely, hold it about 15 min, then close it. Repeat with every move to another machine.Good luck! I hope my recommendation will help you safe money and time in trip to dental office.
If you still need to go to dentist, take your book and trough it into trash bin where it belong.
