Diabetes, prevention, diagnose, treatement, and cure. April 3, 2019

Diabetes type 2 can be prevented with right life style. Because of every one out of ten is diabetic, and diabetes type 2 is from 90% to 95% of diabetic population, then diabetes can be prevented with right life style. So, it is nine out of ten people live right, and only one out of ten live wrong. Right? This is reasonable logic to understand diabetes. How many obese,  addicts, or alcoholics?  But still, they live right life style because of they are not diabetics type 2. Nice try I wish to say.
Today my sugar is 119 mg/dl. Usually I try to keep level of sugar under 100, better to be around 80 mg/dl. I take the same dose of insulin day after day. There is no any changes in my life style. I do not take less carbs, or more calories, just as usual. Why sugar started to go up? It is all the time presented that when level of sugar stabilized in hospital then .... . There is only one problem with this statement, level of sugar is stable in those who are not diabetics. In diabetic's blood sugar in blood all the time go up and down. It is getting down not only because of insulin injections, but even without insulin in those diabetics type 2 who do not take insulin level of sugar in blood going down in some point. Why? There is no answer to this Why? but it is fact, and every one do know it.
In present time the definition of diabetes based on assumption that it is level of sugar in blood. But level of sugar in blood is not the cause of diabetes, it is symptom. For diabetes type 2 symptom, obesity, presented as it is cause of diabetes. At the same time the fact that 40% of obese population are not diabetics skipped attention of medical providers.
Now let us take a look at the diagnose of diabetes type 2.
Fasting blood sugar test. A blood sample will be taken after an overnight fast. A fasting blood sugar level less than 100 mg/dL (5.6 mmol/L) is normal. A fasting blood sugar level from 100 to 125 mg/dL (5.6 to 6.9 mmol/L) is considered prediabetes. If it's 126 mg/dL (7 mmol/L) or higher on two separate tests, you have diabetes.
OK, one come to clinic, and level of sugar in blood, fasting,  185 mg/dl. What is next? This is the question, what MD is going to do the next? Nothing. There will not be next separate test. No any other tests. Remember that it is 200 mg/dl random test, and if fasting sugar is 185 mg/dl then it is easy to say, it is not fasting level  but after meal level of sugar, and this is normal, nothing to worry about.
A blood sugar level less than 140 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/L) is normal. A reading of more than 200 mg/dL (11.1 mmol/L) after two hours indicates diabetes. A reading between 140 and 199 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/L and 11.0 mmol/L) indicates prediabetes.
In this diagnostic statement pre-diabetes what does it mean? What really is it? It is early diagnose, the very early detection of mortally danger medical condition. When statemented will start at this stage, diabetes would be prevented from  high development, and after treatment with insulin diabetes may be frozen in time, Honeymoon Phase.  What our medical providers suggest? To fight diabetes, stop to eat, take starvation diet, and work out as much as possible, better every day and very hard. As the matter of fact, diabetics' type 2 life expectancy is 10 years after being diagnosed with diabetes type 2. Really, why diagnose diabetes? It is better and more human to avoid diagnose of diabetes as long as it is possible. At leas this action prolongs diabetic's life.
If type 1 diabetes is suspected, your urine will be tested to look for the presence of a byproduct produced when muscle and fat tissue are used for energy because the body doesn't have enough insulin to use the available glucose (ketones). Your doctor will also likely run a test to see if you have the destructive immune system cells associated with type 1 diabetes called autoantibodies.
The real question is, would type 1 diabetes suspected? Never.  Suspected by whom and how, on what reason? This is why diabetes type 1 is only less then 5% of diabetic population. These are those type 1 diabetics who were diagnosed with diabetes before 1980 when a new classification of debates was developed. In 1980 NIDDM was invaded. This diagnose was based on what? On suspect of MD, that patient can be treated without insulin. So, every one was diagnosed as one can be treated with any medicine, but not with insulin. The new medicine to treat diabetes was developed. A lot of a new medicine different types of it. There is only one common ground to all these medicine, nether one effective to treat diabetes, and nether one every lead to prolonged diabetic's life.
Treatment with insulin is effective. Every one MD or provider do know it. Also every one MD know very well, if there is no diabetics in medical clinic, then there is no business. 1980 diabetes classification solved danger for medical profession. Since a new classification non insulin dependent diabetes cases multiplied, and now it is not only diabetes or CVD great treat but TB is back from the past. It is already in leading top disease death cause. Great achievement by Med Pro.
Amputation is the removal of a limb (arm or leg) or part of an extremity (foot, toe, hand or finger/s) when an alternate treatment is not available or has failed, to remove bone and tissue due to:
  • Extensive infection.
  • Lack of blood supply.
  • Significant trauma.
  • Frostbite.
  • Severe burns.
  • Wounds.
Say me, why diabetes type 2 amputations really happened? Before this surgery diabetic is under medical care for long time. If not then say me why?  Diabetes amputations are not accidental, they are developmental. Why treatment for lock of blood supply is not effective and only effect by surgery keep diabetic type 2 for short time.
What I wish to ask, is this possible that only in this stage of diabetes development diabetic finally would be diagnosed with diabetes? Why not? Diabetes diagnose can be denied as long as MD delay it diagnose. Now the question is, if life style modifications is first line in diabetes treatment then what diet MD will suggest to diabetic type 2 to reverse diabetes type 2 and keep out of amputation?
It is all the time easy to suggest, and then it is taken for granted that it is fact. But take a look at under other corner, and all what was presented as The Fact, will be crashed under reality logic and reason. It is all the time suggested that life style modifications is the first line in diabetes type 2 treatment. The fact that there are millions of not diagnosed diabetics walk along us, simple avoided. When these millions would be diagnosed with diabetes is this really true that starvation will reverse their condition and keep them away from grave? Or they will gone long before diabetes would be diagnosed due to heart attack or stroke, or simple infection?
