This interview was published back in 2013, six years ago. Is there are some improvement in diabetes care? or medical care still the same?
Every one take it for granted and never count any steps, ether diabetics nether non diabetics any type. But when every step is the problem as it is for diabetic with very poor circulation, I have to count every step. I count the steps to restroom, to get outdoor, to go to kitchen, to walk to fix my meal, and so so so on.
Now, why this step number one will not keep blood sugar from spiking? Because of blood sugar spike is natural way how our body system works. After meal sugar get up, and it start to go up with first bite we take. In case one is not diabetic sugar level return back to pre-meal reading just withing less then 2 hours. In diabetic any type of it blood sugar going up and up after meal for many hours. This depend what insulin content diabetic already does have. If insulin content is low or cells ability to store secreted insulin is low then time is longer and sugar spike is higher. Regardless how long one try to stroll around parking lot all what diabetic will get just be fired. Remember, we have to keep low profile to be able to keep our jobs.
It is 24 hours a day, no more.
at least 8 hr. we have to sleep, if we have to be healthy.
at least 8 hr we work. 1 hr lanch time. at least 2 hr round trip to and from work.
Step one, 15 min 3 times a day stroll, 45 min total.
Shower, eve and morning routine, 2 hr a day. Never forget we have to check up our blood sugar daily, a few times daily, and take medicine every day.
Meal fix and eat, and remember, all the time we have to take more meals then non diabetics to avoid overeating. Does it help? Not at all. But in time counting it is important. Do we have time for 5 meals a day? At least 15 min every meal. Not less then at hr every day just to eat.
What is total? Do I have time to do work out? Or my time is already up?
This is what I suggest to everyone. Before jump into abuse diabetics that we are lazy, look at the time and show me do we really have that time for step one, to take 10,000 steps daily? And remember, we have to count every bite before meal, every step we take, and .... also count.
find spot to meditate;
set up for meditation;
clean up your mind, relax.
It is easy to say just 15min, and it is all time we need to meditate. But can we meditate for 15 min when we do fix our dinner? When I can my chicken it takes an hour. So, may I meditate for 15 min between loads?

Q: I’ve just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and I’m confused about the treatment options. Can you explain? —Of cause, there are steps:
Step One: Get steppin’. After every meal (three times a day), go for a 15-minute stroll around the block or the parking lot at work. That’s a way to keep blood sugar from spiking in the hour after you eat. It’s also protective for anyone who’s pre-diabetic.15 min stroll. What is this? If I go to cafeteria at lunchtime, so I take this step? Every one do. We have to walk to the restroom, then to the working deck and walk around to do our job. Do we stroll every day? It is easy to pretend that diabetics are lazy, and all what we do all day just eat and sit. It is not. We do have families, jobs, household chores, and so so so on. Before take something into mouth we have to stroll into supermarket to buy what to eat.

Step Two: Step it up. You’re heading for a walking routine that totals 10,000 steps a day. For info on how to build up to that, go to Sharecare.com.When one take this education how to deal with diabetes type 2 I suggest to count time you have to spend in attempt to get healthy. Step Three: Cool it. Meditation for 12 minutes a day can reduce stress and help you stay with your new healthy routine. Again, see Sharecare.com for instructions.As I just said, who are diabetics type 2? Do we leave in separate Universe where timing is different? When it is said about 15 min of meditation, what does it mean? Is this really only 15 min in time will diabetic need to do step Three? Before meditate 15 min we have:
find spot to meditate;
set up for meditation;
clean up your mind, relax.
It is easy to say just 15min, and it is all time we need to meditate. But can we meditate for 15 min when we do fix our dinner? When I can my chicken it takes an hour. So, may I meditate for 15 min between loads?
Step Four: Get cookin’. Your mantra: Avoid the Five Food Felons (added sugars and sugar syrups, any grain that isn’t 100 percent whole, and saturated and trans fats) as if they were poison. They are for you!I watch video now. "Young Dracula". The main character is 13 years old boy. His father does not like him to eat sugar. So, Birthday cake is on the table. Son asked what is in it? "The pepper", - answered servant. -"Your father does not like you eat sugar."
Q: I’m 43, and I’ve never had allergies before, but I suspect this drippy, headachy feeling I have isn’t a cold. Is that possible?What doctor answered?
A: It doesn’t matter how old you are or whether you’ve had allergies before; you can develop an allergy at any time. It can pop up as a result of exposure to a new substance that your body sees as an allergen ,,,,,,Sorry, why Dr, Oz sure that author of the question has allergy? In question there is not any clue that there is allergy in first place. What is this condition? What is allergy in first place? 24 rows talking about what? Cold? Flu? Headaches? Nether one is allergy.
