Insulin in Diabetes Treatment. April 8, 2-19

For people with diabetes, taking too much insulin can lead to low blood sugar, causing dizziness and sleepiness. Symptoms may progress to confusion, seizures and loss of consciousness if blood sugar levels continue to fall. Severe hypoglycemia can also increase the risk of more hypoglycemic episodes in the following days and leads to a decreased awareness of the symptoms that typically allow a person to sense falling blood sugar levels.

True? Not so.
         At first, every episode of low blood sugar lead to high level of sugar in blood in a few following days. This is the fact. It is easy to fool those who are not familiar with subject, but every one diabetic type 2 who take any medicine which leads to blood sugar lowering and experience low blood sugar do know this fact very well. After episode of low blood sugar follow days is high level of sugar in blood.  
       Second, it is not the fact that severe hypoglycemia lead to decrease awareness of low blood sugar. The fact is, with severe blood sugar fall diabetic get fear to get hypoglycemic. Very severe fear. Every episode of severe hypoglycemia is closer to near death episode. If help is not available, diabetic type 2 would die from severely low blood sugar. This experience not so easy to forget.
       Finally, it is not too much insulin why blood sugar dropping too low. It is not correctly treated diabetes. The matter of fact, it is type 2 diabetics who are in such danger situation. Why? Diabetics type 1 diagnosed as children. From early age they learn how to deal with diabetes under supervision of adults. In contrary, diabetics type 2 are already adult. There is no supervision, no help for them. There is no information for them what to do in case of low blood sugar. The matter of fact, it is widely spread opinion that low blood sugar is resulted by too much insulin. The fact that SU, the prime medicine for every one diabetic type 2, lead to unpredictable uncontrollable drop in blood sugar level, never taken into account.
       The point such as "too much insulin" what does it mean? How much is "too much"? There is no answer, never was never will. There is no answer, how much insulin needed to normal healthy body function? Every one do know that temperature of body must be 36.6C. every body know the normal level of blood sugar. At least if one does not know, just Google it. But what is the level of insulin in blood? How much our body system use insulin every day?  Try to find this info. I did, I try. No effect. So, the fact that there are 'too much' insulin is not valid. No one can say when it is 'too much' and when it is 'too little'.
      The idea that low blood sugar resulted by too much insulin based on level of sugar in blood. Blood sugar and insulin are two different subjects. They are not exchangeable. Why it is taken for granted that there are 'too much insulin'? What if there is too little sugar in blood? Wish to have prove? Take a look at the therapy. What is therapy for this condition? Meal. In other words, it is sugar added to the blood. Blood sugar return back to normal.
      It is odd and very uncomfortable to take insulin when sugar in blood is low. As it was just said by

      At the same time when sugar is low, the insulin content is also low. Diabetic type 2 cannot control hunger, extreme hunger. With every bite we take we are more hungry then we were before this bite. Then more we eat, then more hungry we are. But low dose of insulin taken right before first bite, solve the problem. Not fast acting insulin, but slow release insulin, long acting insulin such as Lantus Solo Star, or Lantus. They are two the same but do have different administration system. Lantus Solo Star is pen, easy to use, very convenient, probably more expensive. The insulin is the same in both.

"Understanding what neuronostatin does and how it works will provide valuable information for preventing hypoglycemia and provide more complete knowledge into how the pancreas manages blood sugar normally."

      The fact is, there is only one option. Forget to prevent hypoglycemia.  Just be ready it van strike at any time. This understanding will lead to another benefit. Hypoglycemia awareness will return with proper treatment of high blood sugar. Probably it is important for diabetics type 2 understand how pancreas works. Still, it is more important for us to know that pancreas is not only gland responsible why we do not have insulin in our blood. There are other glands, and delivery system, and storage capacity why there is no insulin available to be used. The matter of fact, two adrenal gland when they removed, lead to development diabetes. I am sure, author of article do know very well how to use Diabetics type 2 livestock, but know nothing about diabetes cause and treatment.
