There is a new show on TV, The Doctors. Probably it is a new for me, and probably it is all long on air, I do not know. I just took a look at one episode, and I am not sure I will take another watch. I do have one question I still not able to get answer: Diabetes type 2, what is it and how Diabetes type 2 different from diabetes type 1? It is regular question, and all doctors do have it, and they all do answer to this question in one way. Every one do know the answer. On TV show doctor show it in visual and easy to understand form. He took tube with note: Insulin, and put it in another tube presenting blood vessel. So simple, so easy to understand if one is in first grade. I am older then first grader. My question is still stand.
When doctor put the tube presenting insulin in tube presenting blood vessel of non diabetic, the sugar, in dot shapes attached to the tube and was pulled out of blood vessel. Then he show that when one is diabetic type 2 then insulin do not work in the way it suppose to work and sugar in blood tube do not get attached to the insulin tube, so it stay in blood. The question is, how my heart suppose to work? Regardless if there is insulin in my blood because of I am type 2 diabetic, still this insulin do not do the job, do not get attached to the sugar and do not move into cell to provide cell with energy to function.
I do understand, it is too long to type. But there is the point, regardless if insulin is present in blood, type 2 diabetes, or absent in blood, type 1 diabetes, the problem still the same, no energy for body system to function properly. These two types of diabetes can be named differently, defined differently, still they both lead to the same result, high blood sugar in blood and low level of energy in body system.
Because of two types of diabetes caused by different medical condition, insulin secretion or quality of insulin, the treatment suppose to be addressed to this medical conditions. It does not looks like that. For diabetics type 1 the treatment is insulin in injections, so insulin would be added in blood stream and this injected insulin would do the job providing body system with energy to function. What about Diabetes type 2? Diabetic type 2 who do not have energy to function properly, must increase daily activity, reduce nutrition, and force own ill organs to work harder. For how long this treatment possibly can work? In other words, if one worked full day but still have high blood sugar level and extreme tiredness, then one must work extra hours to get healthy? Really, I do not get the logic. It is ugly medical humor, nothing less.

Life Style Modifications as first line of treatment. On The Doctors show there was woman who has two little one. Doctor recommended to her to do yoga to keep active life style. It will help woman to relax. What I would say, let woman take two hours extra sleep, and she will be perfectly relaxed, ready to the next round of her lazy lifestyle.
