Day-by-Day. December 7, 2016

Looks like Winter going away. Yes, I do understand, it is only December, Winter just started. There are cold in January and snow storms  in February, I got it. Still, I do feel in this way, Winter is passing by. We can take a look at calendar, and see, now it is Winter. But I said how do I feel, it is very different with what we see in reality.
After Summer on camping in Adirondack and Catskills I lost about from 20 to 30 pounds. I felt pretty good. Sugar dropped together with dose of insulin I injected. I no longer took 300 units, there were no needs in this. I started to walk, and I was much better in Summer then in Winter. I hoped I am getting much better and what I feel right now is the way I am here. Not so fast.
Fall come in. Sugar in blood slow but steady started to rise. I increased dose of insulin, still I was not able to stop blood sugar from rising. All what I was able to do just follow sugar and add-on more and more units in every insulin injection I took. All pounds I lost in Summer returned. I hardly able to move. I am out of breath with first move I take. I returned to Nitrostat every day. I used to take only Isosorbite, the same as Nitrostat but slow release.

Today blood sugar is 91 mg/dl, fasting. Lastly I do feel pretty OK before noon. I am not good at the end of the day, but in the morning I am good. No so severe headache. I do not need to take additional Excedrin. I take two in the morning and two in the eve, but not more then that.
Now people of my cohort more and more take pot to deal with pain. I am pretty good without it. Excedrin is good to prevent severe headaches. Also because of I do not work I can have sleep as much as I need. Not two more medicine off my medicine box. It is Lipitor, 80 mg daily, and Gemfibrozil. I do not take them both. My blood tests are pretty good, so I can stop it right now and see if cholesterol level will go up or it will stay under normal range. Usually cholesterol level presented it is result of wrong diet. I already posted, my cholesterol was good before I started Metformin. Then it raised so high that my heart was almost killed. Good for me I stopped to take Metformin and all other Trash Medicine and started Insulin, step by step, but never looking back.
Lipitor hold cholesterol if not in normal ranger then lower then fatal level. Every time when pharmacy tried to replace it with any generic statins I got problem with heart, right away. So, I got the message, and I took Lipitor only. It is brand medicine,  I have to pay co-payment, but still, it is good medicine and it is much better then cost effective Trash.
