Yes, having type 2 diabetes is tough but here’s the thing—you’re tougher. I know because I’ve been living with type 2 diabetes for over 25 years, and I didn’t feel confident until I started taking action. Fortunately for you, today there’s the ON IT Movement, so you don’t have to go it alone! So, what is this, ON IT Movement? Interesting to let it know. Ask Dr. Phill what he recommend to you, and ... and never forget that it is you who take it, or to pay for it. Think, before jump into wagon. Is this really true that wagon heading into right direction which is good for you?

OK, There are 6 rules.
Rule #1.No, I do not blame myself that I am diabetic type 2. I blame doctors who did not treat me right for 60 years, and then when I stopped to take all the Junk Medicine they happily Rx to me, they stopped to Rx insulin I already started to take. This is why today I am disable person. I am not one to whom to blame. BTW, way it is type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance? No One medical provider can say how insulin my ill pancreas secreted used by my body. Is this really something to be used? Maybe there is no insulin in first place to be used right or wrong?
Feeling like you’re to blame for your diagnosis? Stop beating yourself up and move forward.
Rule #2.The fact is, diabetes type 2 is number 7 cause of death in America. It is high blood sugar level only, no any other diagnoses like heart failure, COPD, or anything else. Fatally high blood sugar can be avoided with right insulin treatment regime. 100% preventable cause of Death. So, I take insulin, insulin only, no any other medicine to control my very high blood sugar numbers. It works perfectly. Dose of insulin I took was 400 units. Now it is dropped down to 300 units. Good Work as I see.
Let’s face it, knowledge is power. Your best bet to any problem is to load up on the facts.
Rule #3.Agree with this rule. Usually all providers looking at weight and how I have to eat. They do developed very effective way to treat diabetics type 2. They named it Life Style Modifications. I named it "Barking Therapy". It is really very difficult to find right health care provider. But it is still possible. I do have it now, very happy I do. Great team. Supportive, very professional, and provide great service. Never bark at me. This is The Key. If doctor started to bark, leave the office. This one know only one type of medical service one can provide. Good doctor or nurse never bark.
Starting with your healthcare provider, gather the best crew possible to support your journey to a healthier you.
Rule $4.No bad habits found. I am intelligent person, never smoke, drunk, committed no any crimes. I love music. My family has three subscriptions to Metropolitan Opera, two for New York Philharmonic, and one for Chamber Music. We go to churches to listen Organ Music. When I was not so ill we went to museums. Now it is not for me. Still, in Summer we go camping. I love paddling in Adirondack beautiful lakes. Now it is my man who do the job. I no longer can do it, so miss it. For the next 2017 Summer all season is already booked. No one weekend missed.
Start replacing bad habits with good ones. It’s not that hard, really—check it out.
Rule #5.Sorry. I am diabetic type 2. I was born in this way. I never was healthy. I learned how to live who I am. I accepted I am chronically ill person, do I like it or not, and this is why I have to be very careful with all my plans. In my home there are OJ everywhere, in case sugar drops I need only take it, do not need to go to kitchen. I do not take shower when I am home alone. It is danger, I have to be careful. In my Ref there are all the time meal I can put into Mc and it will get ready very soon. And of cause, log book. All the medicine I take, all the visits to doctor I do have, all the answer they gave to my Q, all my sick days, or any changes, all go into log book.
I’ve learned that you have to make a plan that will encourage you to live a healthier life with type 2 diabetes.
Rule #6.Tell me that!
This journey isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon. It’s important to stay positive, and keep going.
OK, now after we check up all Movement, what Dr. Phill suggest how to control high blood sugar numbers?
Great! What after 24 weeks? In a 24-week study, adults with type 2 diabetes using BYDUREON 2 mg with diet and exercise alone or with other diabetes pills:

BYDUREON is not a weight loss drug. Individual results may vary.
WOW!!!!!!!!!Thank you so much, Dr. Phill. You can take it. I will never do.IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION for BYDUREON® (exenatide extended-release) for injectable suspension 2 mg

It is not known if BYDUREON will cause thyroid tumors or a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) in people.
- Do not use BYDUREON if you or any of your family members have ever had MTC or if you have an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
I love insulin, Lantus Solo Star. If you suggest I trust in you or some studies, I do not. I trust in myself. I take insulin since 2011. No fancy side effects. Skin is better. It started to get light replacing brown spots. My last blood work all come in healthy range. Well, sugar still high. I still working on it. BTW, how one injection a week can control blood sugar numbers? As diabetic you better to know that it is not just 'Diabetes type 2', it is numbers on our glucose meters, how high or how low blood sugar drops. So, how it is possible to control different numbers with one constant dose of injection?
Sorry Dr. Phill. Brain Washing is not for me. As I said, I am intelligent person.
