I would take it, if they will show how many calories I spend every day in my daily activity. They never do. It is usually proudly pointed out, "Adjust" and no one idea how to adjust all those servings, calories, and green salads to every one of us, with different jobs we do, health condition we do live with, and so so on. Still, they present it will reduce my high blood pressure. Say me, if there will be any difference in my diet they will present it will reduce my very high blood sugar numbers? Or, simple, if one has no one issue with health, no diabetes, no high blood pressure, would be diet different? Just check it up. And if diet is the same, then there is nothing to worry about diet, DASH or any other type of it. It is nothing about blood pressure or diabetes. It is simple way to collect money.

If I am way too hungry, extremely hungry, I take insulin shot before my first bite. Simple. I can count dose of insulin I have to inject, I am very comfortable with this. When I am getting hungry, take more food then I really took recently, I just add insulin in injection. Works for me. If I do have low blood sugar, I take insulin shot before take any meal. Yes, it is not mistake. I take insulin shot when sugar is high, and I take insulin shot when sugar is low. Odd? Not at all. Diabetes is not about blood sugar how it is high or low. Diabetes is about level of insulin in blood. Level of insulin can be low when blood sugar is high and the same low when blood sugar is low. I cannot take reading of level of insulin in my blood. My glucose meter show only level of sugar in my blood. So regarding the level of sugar I take dose of insulin, does not matter sugar is low or high.
