Diabetes in America. Juanuary 22, 2017

Differentiating T1D and T2D in Young Patients:
weight:  20% of T1D may be overweight;   T2D - virtually >85 % for age
 T1D -   usually rapid onset 35% - 40% presented with diabetic ketoacidoces
T2D -   ketorunia at diagnose = 33%
             mild DKA at diagnose =5% - 25%
             other presenting symptoms; blurring vision, poliurea, and poludipsia'
             condition may be life threatening.
There are some other test may be run, and other symptoms can be, but after reading that diabetic may be presented with life threatening condition and will be treated with life style modifications, I do not see any reason to continue any other investigations.
 Treatment for diabetes:
 life style modifications, no one able to say what I suppose to modify and how my life is different from being 'healthy';
Metformim is only one oral agent which FDA approved for young patients,  good medicine to develop non alcoholic fatty liver;
insulin, if patient lucky to have good honest doctor.
       Diabetes increase in young patient
from 6.6milions in 1990,
12.0 millions in 2000,
21.0 million in 2010.
37.9 millions in 2020
 and projected to increase to 55.5 millions by the 2030, one out of every 7 Americans would be diabetic,
71,2 millions by 2040,
86.6 millions by 2050, every one out of three American would be diabetic.
These are the promises of our Medical Organization, and it looks like they assume to keep their promise. Why not? The cost of Diabetes by now is $176 billions, and cost of Diabetes is 60% of all medical costs. Say me, would Medical Organization try to do the best, to keep its promises? I bet they will.
      80% population of Africa  population of diabetic is not diagnosed, and in their 30th and to 60th they would die from diabetes.
       Drama, more drama, a lot of drama. With so black picture of the future it is easy to ask for donations that someone try to find cure for diabetes, and they do it last 50, 70, years. They will find the cure, but they need more money. Donate To Stop Diabetes!!!!!Still, there are no cure, and cure is not on view on the incoming future.
       They can look for cure as long as they can. There are already three generations of the same families who collect money from donors, and eat them in very wise and healthy style. We are, diabetics type 2, have to take cure in our own hands, and keep it. It is much better way to hold cure in own hands then fight with bathroom scale therapists. Simple, take another doctor, better to take not too old. Anyone who will Rx insulin, and stand with his order. I used to have that doctor before, but one day when insulin supply did not come on time I asked why and I was told, doctor canceled his order. I could not believe in that. Just day before he gave me Rx to insulin, and next day, he revoked his Rx. 260 units daily dose. So simple.
       It is already in past. I do have another doctor, and just a few days ago insulin supply was dropped in my home. With insulin I can live. I do have problem with heart, and right now it is getting worse then before. But anyway I still partially functional, and it is all what does matter now. No one of us must lost lives to diabetes. With insulin no one diabetic type 2 will die shortly. We can live and be productive and functional. All what we need, insulin. Not any oral agent, no one of them work. No any life style modifications, I already happy who I am. Just insulin. Then early insulin taken in injections then better outcomes, less complications, less dangerously low blood sugar drops. Insulin is gift of life. In diabetic type 2 treatment it replaced with Death Sentence.
