Intensive Insulin Therapy for Diabetics type 2. January 23, 2017

"Can intensive insulin therapy initiated shortly after one is diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 reverse the disease caused by establishing 'b-cell rest' whereby insulin secretory functions preserved and islet mass is maintained? Several studies have demonstrated that intensive reversal of hyperglycemia, glucotoxicity, and lipotoxicity favors recovery of b-cells function." - Diabetes Management in Primary Care by J.Ungel, MD
Now the question is, why there is no insulin as first line treatment for diabetics type 2? What are you waiting for? Insulin when it is injected as soon as diabetes was diagnosed  let pancreas to rest, to take time to heal, and to recovery. At the same time B-cells would not be destroyed by SU which force pancreas to secret insulin when there is no need in the intensive insulin secretion. Intensive work out demand intensive insulin secretion, and lead to deeper b-cells distraction. Decrease in food supply limit necessary nutrition to support body system, and press additional stress to the already stressed and ill body system. Plus Metformin which destroy diabetic's liver, already effected by disease. Finally, it is diuretics, medicine which works against diabetic's natural way of healing and finally leads to heart and kidney failure.
Diabetes in present time presented as it is not epidemic, but already pandemic, and what?  The first line of treatment is all to prevent healing and to develop more complications then already took place, and to lead diabetic to the next stage of disease development. Then there are many add-on, medicine to deeper destroy b-cells which lead to diabetes development in first place, the perfect way to the speedy line to grave.
Take a look at history of  diabetes development:
  Diabetes increase in young patient
from 6.6milions in 1990,
12.0 millions in 2000,
21.0 million in 2010.
37.9 millions in 2020
and projected to increase to 55.5 millions by the 2030, one out of every 7 Americans would be diabetic,
71,2 millions by 2040,
86.6 millions by 2050, every one out of three American would be diabetic.
The numbers in millions!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why it is so difficult today to stop diabetes? Because of our sweet blood is too profitable for medical care, and entertainment! Look at, how many people participate in "Stop Diabetes" marches. For those people there is no difference in what march to participate, to stop diabetes or to revolt against new President, they will show up and march.   60% of all costs of medical care spent to diabetics treatment. It is huge sum of money. Who will like to lost so huge fortune? No one. To prevent this from being happened victims of medical care blamed. Why not? If it is not we are, to whom to blame then the heads would be turned to the course of so huge spending, Medical Organization. If so then primary care will have no choice but Rx insulin when one diagnosed with diabetes type 2. Not at all. If it is obesity to blame, and of cause with obesity it is eating habits diabetic do have to blame, then there is nothing primary care can do, just educate victims how to skip deeper into disease they refuse to treat correctly with right type of medicine and right regime of it.
Let us take a look at obesity, what is it?  How obesity diagnosed? Looks like it is stupid question: just take bathroom scale reading, and there is obesity diagnose already on the scale. True? False. Obesity presented as it is wrong eating habits. We have to eat in healthy way, to take right amount of calories, and fat and carbs in right proportion. What about water? Water does not have fat or carbs, there is no calories. Does water has weight? Would the weight of the water show up on the bathroom scale? Yes, it will. So, the question still stand, obesity, what is it? How to diagnose obesity? How to treat obesity? How obesity is different from edema, water retention developed as diabetes consequence in all our bodies, in bones, in every organ such as non alcoholic fatty liver?  Why liver is 'fatty'? How 'fatty ' liver would be differentiated from 'watered liver'?
I do have one more interesting puzzle to present. We all do know that if one do drink too much soda one can develop diabetes type 2, right?  Just avoiding sugar in diet will lead to diabetes type 2 reverse, right ? So, how really to diagnose diabetes? One can simple take too much sugar and then go to clinic and present one is diabetic. Then one stop to take sugar, get diabetes-free, and still have glucose strips to sell, right? Other people who are diabetics because of b-cell distraction, limit in insulin secretion, cannot get diabetes-free with so simple single tip as do not drink soda. How our medical care diagnose diabetes and rule-out fake diabetics who just induced diabetes with intensive soda drinks, from diabetics who has limits b-cell function? How many fake diabetic Primary Care serve? For sure, they do not need insulin. There is nothing wrong with their health, pancreas, or b-cells mass. Probably mental health underlined but still it is unclear, it is mentality of Medical Care or fake diabetic.
Did I mention, our sweet blood is so profitable, every one can benefit on it. Old Wives post tips how they reversed diabetes type 2 they never had and have no one idea what is it and how does it looks from inside. Our Primary Care have own benefits. They have visits, Rx Life Style Modifications, take bathroom scale readings, and collect money. Every one but diabetics type 2  live happily ever after. We gone. ADA promised by the end of 2015 every one out of three American would be diabetic type 2.
Big Pharma will help to keep this promise by developing more Junk medicine, so Primary care would have more modifications to try. Still, there is one problem, they have to stop insulin producing and put on market. Otherwise do not keep hope diabetics will be your rats any longer. Today info is available all around the globe. We are all connected. To read my blog come readers from all countries from all and everyone continents. I read all what I can find valid on line and in books. Right not there are old books and articles available in re-prints, and more under-way. We are no longer blind and in silent trust in medical care.  We are educated.
