Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus. 1979. April 5, 2017

"In healthy man normal carbohydrate metabolism ..... " Diabetes: 10th: International Congress Proceedings Hardcover – April, 1980

       It is International Congress 1979 in Vienna. Hundreds medical pro and researchers come together to discuss diabetes and diabetes studies and treatments.  What Congress  started with? Healthy man carbohydrate metabolism. But diabetic is not healthy man. So, there is no one way to have healthy carbohydrate metabolism, right? Or I am wrong and have no one understanding in diabetes and diabetes treatment? It was 1979. At that time the studies already were done what is going on in diabetic's Pancreas and what caused diabetes. Sorry, it is in no one way obesity why we are diabetics. It is degeneration of cells of Island. Because of these cells degenerated insulin secretion insufficient, and so there is no one way to have healthy carbohydrate metabolism.
       But no way all those hundreds pro able to get so simple understanding. They are talking day after day about Art of Medicine. They discuss our comas, at the time when Insulin is already on the market, and it is show all effect and power. First treatment with insulin bring ding children back to live. It was 1921. Now in 1979 hundreds medical pro  discuss 'insulin replacement therapy' and so on. You must be kidding, is not you? BTW, what is 'insulin replacement therapy'?
       There are a lot of definitions invented to address to diabetes and diabetics. 'Insulin replacement' is one of them. If I replace milk in my coffee with sugar, I do have coffee with milk without sugar. I can replace table sugar with honey, so my coffee will be sweet. Or milk can be replaced with cream, so it would not be black coffee. Simple. Very easy to understand. What about insulin? Insulin replaced what? Or had been replaced by what? There is no one replacement for insulin so far. Even SU does not replace insulin but force diabetic's already ill pancreas to work harder and to secret more insulin then body system needs for healthy function. So, it is not 'insulin replacement therapy' but another way to get insulin for body function, pretty unhealthy way.
       Another very interesting point, there are book of 865 pages. I found no one chapter how to treat diabetics with insulin. Really, all this Congress, they are talking about what? 1979, and they still talking about diet and carbs and no one way to discuss what is going on in diabetic's pancreas. Why our pancreas not capable to secret insulin in sufficient amount? It is easy to say, stop to eat so there is no need in metabolism. But even this condition does not lead to the recovery. They simple forget, coma followed  by Death. In coma diabetics do not eat. So, why we die instead to be cured?
       I look one chapter after another. The most important question, why diabetics develop coma? With insulin there should not be death in coma. These deaths are 100% preventable. Our medical care very busy to collect money so they forget they have work to do before claim the payment. Still, they are smart. They left work for us, diabetics, work outs and calorie counting, medical clinic visits and dressing changes on wounded legs, and took hardest part of job, money spending, on own wide shoulders. So smart. For us they left the expression, 'totally lacking in medical training such as diabetic himself', as it is presented by Ralf Luft, President. Are you sure you are more trained then I do? I fight for my life. What are you fighting for? Nothing. You already do have all what you need, and millions of our lives to your disposal. 76,000 Americans die every year due to diabetes, millions of diabetics die around the globe every year. In International Congress you discuss how many blueberries diabetics may eat.
Very well medical training, very well paid. No one war takes so high toll as Diabetes. And this is 100% preventable deaths. Just stop to discuss metabolism and start to see diabetes as Endocrine System Disorder. Stop to kill us with Starvation diets, and let insulin do the job, re-generate out degenerated cells of Island.
