Sleep Apnea is associated with hypertension, diabetes, really? June 6, 2017

It is interesting, all the complications diabetics type 2 do have, associated that if we do have these complications, we will develop diabetes type 2 and hypertension. So interesting! The question is only, what was first, Sleep Apnea or diabetes? And there is no answer. Let us take a look at the studies.
Both studies involved the Penn State Adult Cohort, a random general population sample of 1,741 adults. Participants completed a detailed medical history interview at baseline and were evaluated in a sleep center during an overnight sleep study. Those without hypertension or diabetes at baseline were followed up after 10 years.
Interesting, did those who were evaluated in sleep center had Sleep Apnea? It was not said so. There were just evaluated, and no one mention if they were diagnosed. So, the question still opened, did they had or they did not have Sleep Apnea before diabetes?
Second question is, how diabetes was evaluated, if participant has or do not have diabetes at the time of study? As it is well known, diabetes is Pancreas disorder. So, to see if pancreas healthy or not the test must be run on condition of Pancreas. But it is not the test to diagnose diabetes. Diabetes diagnosed according to the level of sugar in blood. At any time the level of sugar can be right, even one is very highly developed in diabetes progression. So, to say that participants did not have diabetes the test of Pancreas must be run, and it never happened, even for diabetics with long history of diabetes, diabetes progression, and how treatment for diabetes works or do  not.
According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, nearly 30 million adults in the U.S. have obstructive sleep apnea, a chronic disease that involves the repeated collapse of the upper airway during sleep. Common warning signs include snoring and excessive daytime sleepiness. While previous research has established that severe sleep apnea increases the risk of hypertension and diabetes, data regarding mild-to-moderate sleep apnea were unclear.
It is easy to say that warning signs is snoring and daytime sleepiness. But real problem with collapse airways is much bigger, and more detectable then useless sleepiness and snoring. Usually we can snore even at daytime without any sleep. It is when airways collapsed and snore go out. Also we try to get more air into out airways, and the result, our berating is different then those without the problem. we cannot walk very fast, we have to stop and feel our system with air, we cannot run, we cannot do any activity prolonged time. We need stop to do what we do and take air into our system.
Before I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea I did think that my lungs have limited capacity. Simple, we do not know medicine and we cannot diagnose themselves.
Actually, it is not important what is first diabetes or sleep apnea. The only important is the right time of diagnose and right treatment for the problem. If I did not have C-Pop back in 2011 I would not have opportunity to live right now. C-Pop saved my life when I was not able to breath. The mask was on my face and I do have ventilation because of air still go into my system till I return back and was able to breath by my own.
When I read all that studies and conclusions I just have one question, what is the point in all the studies? Just money? The conclusion is pointless. If studies found something then there must be useful suggestion what must be done to improve the medical condition of the population,. Still, no one studies done in this way. Looks like we do have studies, and we do not have any use of them. Participants used as lab rats, and when studies over every one forget about them. So, what is the point in any studies?
I posted many times, level of sugar in blood must be vital. It is easy to do today, so millions of diabetic who live with diabetes and do not know what is going on with their body system, would have necessary medicine.
In our society any addict protected by law and treatment is confidential. It is very different with diabetes. We are disposed to the society.  So, if addicts willing to participate in treatment they do have special facilities and medicine they need. This does not work for diabetics. If we diagnosed e can lost job we do have because of our medical condition, and there is no protection of our rights, or any assistance to find another job we can do. We simple left behind, no money, no medicine, no insulin. Society's scapegoats.
Our medical industry so aggressive that we met with abuse and humiliation in every step we take. We presented, we did it for themselves. We are over eaters, and lazy people who sit on Public Assistance, and we have to be punished for who we are. Coldness, heartless, cruel and abusive presentation of people who happened to get ill or was born in this way. I do not say about diabetics type 1. They do have this medicine the need, insulin, and all what they present just fun and demand of public attention. I am talking about type 2 diabetics insulin resistant type of diabetes, This type of diabetes demand higher dose of insulin, usually higher then 200 units daily dose, and we do have none.
Someone see it is obesity. The reality is, it is heart attack.

Many will say, I did it for myself. I have to go to take work out, so if there is no obesity then there is no blood clots, no thrombosis. Millions of Americans lost legs before diabetes type 2 finally claim the victim.
I saved my leg. Now there is no opened wounds, no melting skin or melting flesh. Even skin is very fine right now and all my leg is blue and weak, still, I do have it, and hope it will work.
This is how leg looks right now. It is pretty good I will say.
I use my new machine, Bi-Pop every day. Now it is Summer and we go to Camping. I do not have portable machine. I asked doctor, and he said, no. I need better machine, and I do have it right now. But on camp I cannot breath even air is so pleasant over there. It is Adirondack, one of the oldest and mystical places on the Earth.
It is wrong how we presented by medical and media industries. We are not criminals. we just happened to be ill people. We did not do it for ourselves. It is all wrong about us.
