 Every one do know how diabetes type 2 developed.

"DM2 is a processed-food-disease!"
"We are going to get more and more of life style related diseases as we keep doing more and more things with the press of a button." 
"Concerned????  I don't think so,   they know the cause, they are just unwilling to attack it as it provides job security to them."

       It is so simple: eat right, go to fitness club, and there is no diabetes type 2. Really? How do you know it? How do one know that there is no diabetes type 2? Diabetes type 2 has the same test as it is diabetes type 1. So, if one is fit then one is type 1 diabetic? What if one is old? Then one is type 2 diabetic, even one is fit. The same about Asian population. They have BMI  right to being considered to be 'fit' but they are pron to diabetes type 2 because they do have high blood sugar level.
       Now there is another trick. Do wild animals go to McDonald? I never saw one there. Do wild animals have diabetes type 2? I do not think so. Mothers will abandon baby right after baby born, so it is enter into food chain. Well, there are many way to discuss stupidity. But there is only one way to be right way. What is this way? Treatment regardless of BMI and any relation to the life style. Maybe this way will lead to the right direction nd Diabetes type 2 will be out of high top cause of Death?

        From the SEARCH study, we have learned that the incidence and the risks of both type 1 and type 2 diabetes have been increasing for the past 10 years, especially so among minority children. Not only are these numbers burdensome, but these youth and young adults develop complications and comorbidities very early in life.

         100 years ago diabetes was prevalence for rich people, why? Because of the same as in wild animal society children did not survive to develop symptoms of diabetes. They died early in child birth, in early childhood, and later it were rich population which treated themselves with insulin. Poor and minorities still ding even they were diagnosed with diabetes. Now this population is perfectly fit, no obesity (100 years ago it was really all way in opposite direction) and live longer.

   We have pretty solid evidence from other studies, including SEARCH, that these increases are mostly due to the environment in which these children are born and grow. A lot of research is focusing on identifying what causes type 1 diabetes so that we can develop effective interventions.

       I suggest to treat diabetics type 1 the same way as diabetics type 2, with Invokana. Let them pee sugar out of blood, and there would not be diabetics type 1. They will gone early so they will hot bring up children with diabetes type 2.
       Another point is, if diabetes type 2 environmental then is this really true that this potentially fatal condition must be treated without medicine but with force of bulling and abusing? Just regardless of amount of pounds give diabetic insulin, type 2 type 1 does not matter, we are all the same regardless of the cause of leading to the decease. That's right. Diabetics type 1 treated with insulin. The diagnose for type of diabetes does not exist at all. The diagnose for diabetes is the same, level of sugar in blood. The treatment addressed to the reduction of sugar in blood. So, why it is types of diabetes developed? Where types of diabetes come from?  Why it is so important what type of diabetes diabetic does have? It is the same  high blood sugar, the same complications, and the same medicine which can lead to blood sugar reduction.
      If one got flu then regardless one is 500 pounds or 50 kg, the treatment is the same, antibiotic. It is different with diabetes. If child is from low income family then child will be treated with life style modification. If child born in high society, child would have insulin and medical treatment so child will grow healthy and well. This is environmental way of addressing to the diabetes treatment.

With type 2 diabetes, this is new as a pediatric condition. It used to be called adult-onset diabetes, but we are now seeing type 2 diabetes in children.

     Well, if today child would be diagnosed as type 1 diabetic then there are two ways of child health development:
one way, at the time of adulthood child would grow up as healthy, no diabetes at all can be detected. So what? There is no diabetics type 2, highly profitable patient population for Medical Complex. So,type 2 diabetes as environmental will stay forever.
another way, if today child diagnosed with type 1 diabetes then tomorrow this child will grow up but still diabetic type 1. Treatment for diabetics type 1 is insulin. Who will buy trash about weight loss and life style modifications? There would not be type 2 diabetics if today children would be diagnosed as type 1 diabetics.

      Minority children in this country tend to have more type 2 than type 1 diabetes if they do develop diabetes. The youngest child with type 2 diabetes that we have seen is 3 years old. This points to the harmful environment in which they are born or live their early life, and we have strong data that exposure in utero to maternal diabetes and obesity is a very strong risk factor for type 2 diabetes in these children as they grow.

Good point. Start to treat diabetes in adults so mothers and fathers to be will not have diabetics babies. I posted many times, level of sugar in blood must be vital. The first line of treatment for any type of diabetes must be insulin. Insulin can be given to newly born babies so they will not develop diabetes after being born.  Do not let obesity claim the life. Just start to treat diabetes which leads to obesity and early mortality.

Investigators are trying to break what we call the vicious cycle of obesity and diabetes at various points of time, conducting trials during pregnancy, trials in early life, perhaps promotion of breastfeeding as an effective intervention, and trials later to improve behaviors, nutritional factors, and physical activity patterns in high-risk children.

Would they ever let diabetes type 2 go out? of cause not. It is free money. Just study, investigate, and let us die as many as possible to create more drama and to rise public voice against victims of Medical Greed.
