Pathology of Pancreas in Diabetic patient.
This so simple question, so logical to ask, what is pathology in pancreas? If this pathology resulted by fat as it is suggested by Pro. Taylor then probably diabetes type 2 really caused by fatty diet. What if this is not the case?In present time there are many publications, the study of diabetes in diabetic rats or other rodents. The question is logical, how these rodents become diabetics? This is never mentioned in publication. And so, I really cannot trust if that rodents are really diabetics. They can be just fat, but diabetes is not due to them.
When Dr. Banting started his investigations he did not take rats or mice. Pancreas in this animals is so small that it is not possible to study the subject of diabetes in this animals, even they do have diabetes. Another point, diabetes development is process. It takes time to be developed for the full bloom. Rats do have short time to live, less then diabetes need to be developed. Finally, diabetes induced by diet or medicine is not the same as it is developed in human body. Many stages of this development lost.
Another point of modern day investigations in diabetes development, there is no publications of postmortem diagnose. In all studies sturdier study, and what is the study is about? When I try to find out what are study studied and what are the findings, I am lost. There is nothing to find. In all publications it is presented that diabetes type 2 developed because of wrong diet, too much fat in pancreas. The question is, how this fat effected pancreas? Does pancreas become bigger or smaller, watered or too dry? How cells in pancreas changed due to diabetes? Were those changes resulted by death, or the process started till diabetic was alive? How long these processes took place to be developed for the final strike? Many questions. No any answers. Only the scam that rat took too much fatty meal, and so rat developed diabetes. What if rat developed diabetes because of depression? Anyway it was not rat's choice to take this diet. Give rat the choice and see what rat will take.
One of the pathological studies in pancreas of diabetic is Hydropic changes. Many changes in pancreas in diabetic were resulted by injury. Hydropic Changes are not result of injury. Well, it is too specific for me to give lesson in this direction. I am not pro. I am not going to describe what I am hardly able to get a glimpse. The point here is, human body is way too complicated to put us that we are just soc with fat and this is why we do have any problems.
I take right now from 300 to 500 units of insulin. Mostly 500 units. The dose is increased dramatically in last few month. I try to find out why is it happened? What caused it? In all publications MD present that they reversed diabetes type 2 and now diabetic takes less dose of insulin or take no insulin at all. Is this really true to be so ignorant and pretend that there diabetic is diabetes-free? I took dose of insulin from 500 units down to 100 units in Summer. I am not diabetes - free. This is the fact.
So, dose of insulin increased, and why?
I do have edema, water retention. The water stay between cells in lungs, and in every part of my body. I cannot take diuretics. They kill my heart. I have no one idea how to get rid of water. All what I do see only to keep sugar as closer to normal range as I can. I take 120 units in every shot. It is 80 units of Lantus Solo Star + 40 units of Toujeo Solo Star. I take from 4 to 5 shots daily. The amount of shots depend how do I sleep. When I wake up I take insulin every 4 or 5 hours. Bif surprise for me, no low sugar.
