Langerhans Island and its pathology. November 14, 2017

      To describe any pathology in diabetes mellitus pathologists take a look at the few marks:
age of patient;
duration of diabetes;
severity of diabetes;
the time after death.
       There are many differences in the diabetic's patients which applied to diabetes. Also it can be not the diabetes itself but the pathology happened after death.
Interesting that in modern education and presentations of diabetes there are never marks like  'severity of diabetes'. Looks like we all the same, just diabetic with blood sugar a little bit higher then 200 mg/dl random. The reality is very different. Diabetics die due to diabetes in every age, any body weight or shape, and any duration of diabetes. Someone die very soon after getting diabetes. Other live long, and capable to take care for themselves. Anyway, the level of sugar 599 mg/dl and 207 mg/dl are both diagnose of diabetes, both can be the same age, still in very different level of severity. So, when it is presented that 'diabetes type 2 usually diagnosed' does not make any ground under reason. Simple, it is scam. Still, regardless of all absurd, ADA and WHO and all medical organizations present two types of diabetes, type 1 which usually diagnosed in childhood, and type 2 which diagnosed in obese diabetics any age.
Autopsy of  Langerhans Island show different types of diabetes.
       Hypertrophy.
There are two types of this pathology.
This type is when  Langerhans Island increased in size, without changing in cell.
Another type of this, it is a changes in Langerhans Island  cells and size of Langerhans Island. It is suggested that this changes resulted by regeneration of cells.
     This hypothesis suggest that diabetes can be treated, and cured. Not every type of diabetes, which dose not mean type 1 or type 2, but the types of pathology caused diabetes. In one case it is Hypertrophy. In another case it is Hydropic changes, fibrosis, hyaline changes, .... and so on. In one case diabetes can be caused by trauma. In another cases it can be inherited. And another point to state it is aging process when pancreas and Langerhans Island start to getting old, aging. Of cause today it is still no cure for diabetes. But the sadness in the way is, our studiers looking to get money, and money they get for the studies do not help to find the cure.
      Take a look at the heart or lungs or any other organ. Is there are only one medical condition which leads to the high mortality? Not at all. We do know there are heart arrest and heart failure, genetic heart disorders,  and infections on heart. So many different diagnoses given to heart disorders. In contrary, there is only one disorder to address to diabetes. It is level of sugar and BMI. Does water increases BMI? Sure it does.  Does flu increases level of sugar in blood? Yes, it does.
     All the studies to address to diabetes treatment based only on one attempt, to decrease level of sugar in blood. When this goal achieved it is presented that diabetes reversed. For how long? For the next meal. So, the choice is, to die from starvation, or to die from high level of sugar which leads to shut down all systems of the body.
      As long as I try to find there is no one publications how really diagnose diabetes, how to treat it, and how to check up if treatment effective or not. No one guidance in this direction. all education only how many carbs to take, how many calories to take. What is interesting in all that education, there is no one mention, for what age this this amount of carbs suppose to be taken? For what height? Hoe to convert amount of carbs diabetic need to compensate level of sugar in blood? In urine? Really, how many carbs I have to take to decrease level of sugar from 599 mg/dl down to 200 mg/dl? Just ask any one MD what diabetic suppose to do? And there are never any answers. All those brain washing propaganda only for public relation, to show how good they are and how bad we are. We just still eating, regardless of all that Invokana and Metformin, Actos, Portos and D'Artainian.
       Fibrosis is one of the tumors. Usually it is removed from body by surgery.  This condition take over pancreas or Langerhans Island and it leads to the condition when diabetic die. Did any one MD ever mentioned this connection between fibromioma and diabetes, PCOS and diabetes? They are walking hand -by- hand. Long before diabetes diagnosed, and long before diabetic collected pounds.
