It’s not a single disease, but a group of related health problems: too much belly fat, high triglycerides, cholesterol trouble, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar. When you have at least three of these issues, your chances for heart disease, diabetes, and stroke are higher than they’d be with any of those health problems on their own. http://ift.tt/1W7XOVmOk, I got it. So, now what is Diabetes?
What is Hypertension?
What is atherosclerosis?
Just take a look at this Infant Baby Toy and try to see yourself, how you suppose to understand what Med Pro push into naive mind.
When you have high blood sugar your chance for diabetes is higher!????????????? So with blood sugar over 599 mg/dl I still have Metabolic Syndrome, and be in rick to develop diabetes type 2? How diabetes type 2 would be diagnosed? So, if I do have high blood sugar and diagnosed with Metabolic Syndrome, how my treatment must be?
If someone is able to get the meaning of all this scam I am giving up.
When you’re larger around the middle -- you have an apple or pear shape to your body -- that can lead to metabolic syndrome.Sorry dear. I had three of issue, but I did not have large around in the middle. I was born diabetic. I was not skinny, but in perfect shape. I did gymnastic, skiing, bicycling. But my blood sugar, blood pressure, and always were high. Also I got my first coma and stroke long before my middle area got round and large. So, say me, really, what is it, Metabolic Syndrome?
That's right. It is simple Infant Baby Toy to make a noise.
It’s a type of fat in the blood that your body makes from extra calories. If you can’t keep your level below 150 mg/dL, you could be more likely to get metabolic syndrome. You can take medicine to lower your triglyceride levels, but the best way is to lose weight, exercise, and cut back on calories.High TG is not the amount of calories we eat but the condition of our heart. If treatment of diabetes wrong, such medicine as Invokana or Metformin, regardless how much medicine we take, and no any effect of how many calories we eat, the TG and cholesterol would be high. With propeer treaytment of Diabetes type 2 such as Insulin, TG and cholesterol decreased dramatically and we can keep it in normal level.
Is this really possible to get what author talking about? Fasting sugar over 100 mg/dl does not lead to Metabolic syndrome. It is pre-diabetes when sugar is abnormally high but still lower then threshold to be diagnosed with diabetes. It is 120 mg/dl, fasting, if I am correct. These numbers all the time changing, and I do not keep track of them. But sometimes it can’t manage this balancing act and your “fasting” blood sugar gets too high. Anything over 100 mg/dL could lead to metabolic syndrome.
Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against your arteries as your heart pumps and rests. If yours is higher than 130/85, you could get metabolic syndrome. But you may be able to cut your numbers naturally if you lose just 5% of your body weight. Exercise, quitting smoking, and a healthy, low-salt diet can also help.Sound nice. Most what I do like is, "quitting smoking". It does not work if one never smoke. So, you do not have chance to have normal blood pressure.
Without humor, just do your own study. Try to eat not healthy salty meal, and take blood sugar reading. If reading go up then stop to eat high salt diet and reduce high blood pressure. Simple and brilliant. If your blood pressure does not go up with highly salted meal then .... then this statement is Scam! It is fake.
If lifestyle changes don’t control your metabolic syndrome, your doctor may suggest medicine. It won’t replace lifestyle changes, but it can help. You may get a drug called a statin to lower your cholesterol. Other medicines may:In other words, Stay Healthy, and never let clot stop your heart or drop your face down. Really, it works better then any medicine. All medicine has side effect. Health has nothing. When one is healthy one can stay active, do have no pain, or headaches with put victim in bed, and it is only God help to prevent Death and disability. Really, what you are going to lose if you stay healthy? Nothing.
