Diet and Diabetes type 2. March 9, 2018

   Every time when I read all that education materials for diabetics type 2 I wander, who we are in looking for glasses Medical Professionals, those who set up all recommendations for us, how to eat, how to live, and what is best for us? What I do see they see us as fool idiots, who is ready to swallow all the scam they shower of us. Really, who we are if we take it seriously?
    Life style modifications is number one line in treatment of diabetes type 2. No one do know what is my life style. MD sees me in hist office at first time and what he see? Criminal who has binge eating. This is why, according to MD I do have diabetes type 2. Just stop to eat, and there is no diabetes type 2. According to Medical Scam, diabetes type 2 can be easily reversed.
    Well, I do not fight with MD. I simple listen all what I was told, and keep my mined opened, and brain out of washing scam.
     Diet, how do we use it? What diet is the best? Which one to choose? Easy to say, but how practically do use it?
     All diets which sold on market, Are Junk Food. Clear cheap Junk Food with very high price. The claim, 'it is delivered right to your door' mean that every month or every week I got box of frozen, or conservative  meal very low quality. How this meal can be better then my fresh cooked chicken or fish? Usually my husband cook one pocket of chicken tights from Costco for one eve, for two of us. Left over I use in case I got low sugar. This chicken is freshly cooked, low salted (we do not like salted food) no any conservatives. The same about fish. It is freshly cooked right before meal. Practically we do not use spice. I cannot tolerate any spice or conservatives due to my live problems.
      On our table every time freshly cut veggies. There is no veggies in Weight Watch Diets. Victims of this scam must buy it separately. So, what do I have for this price, about $10 a day for one person? I can feed for this price all my family when out children lived at home. Now for this price I do have on my table all what I wish, fresh, nice quality, brand I love. well, it never delivered to my door, I have to go to market once a week or two. I do not mind.
      Now about diet.
There is not too much differences in diets. They are almost the same. What is important in any diet, we use local market to get food we eat. Probably in restaurants there is better meal, I do not know, I never go to restaurants. If I go I am looking for cheapest, Chinese preferable. Also what is important, our diet more depend on our income then on our place to eat or market to shop.Yes, it is reality. Even we do know that this food is better then another, our income cut our ability to use healthiest food supplier. This is why we go to Chinese Supermarket and very unusual we go to fart market to buy organic product. Are you sure this product it organic as it is claimed to be? I am not.
     We buy farmed fish. Yes, wild fish is better quality, but it is not friendly for valet.  The same about veggy and fruits. I do not eat fruits I do not like, and I do not cunt how many apples I ate every day. What is most important in my diet, I never must be hungry. If I am hungry I have to eat right away. So, when I having dinner I am make sure I am full and satisfied. It is right opposite what we suggested by medical pro. I wish every one before jump into wagon with all scam our medical industry recommends, count. Not calories or carbs, but how much one eat with diet, and how much one eat when one does not use diet. The result of studies like that is very interesting. I fount that suggest to eat as med pr recommend too much for me. So, when we take meal in small portion, the full size of meal eaten for full day would be higher then two meals with full satisfaction. And all the time there is no hunger.
     Of cause, every one of us is different. But it is better to find own way to live then follow scam propaganda that this way to live is right, and our way to live is wrong. At least say me what I do wrong? No one can say what is wrong with my diet, no one do know it. If so, then why in clinic it is all the time pointed out that I have to take weight loss surgery to reduce my stomach. There is no one evidence that my stomach is big, the size of stomach never was checked out. If so then there is no one evidence I need to consider to reduce my really very small size of stomach.
    When I take a look at all that diets I all the time get headache. There are 'fogginess points' or something like that. What is this about? If one ate more then it was recommended, then one have right to forgive himself, but remember that and next day reduce portion of meal for the portion one ate day before, or two days before, or... . What I suggest, eat as much as one want and one day a week eat nothing. So, we can 'forgive' ourselves for full week, and use the same tactic for the next week. 
     In some recommendations it is presented that red meat is bad. In another it is recommended to eat fat, and so so so on. I am lost. Really, what I can and what I cannot to eat? With my allergy to products such as oil, batter, and fatty meal, too many dishes just Taboo for me.
     Really,when we will try to create list what we can eat and what we cannot, it will be so controversial that list would be not possible to use. How much time we have to spend to create list like that? All this time would be passive, not active time. Is this really good? But most important, recommendations come from where? The point that one is MD is not valid for me. Dr.Oz? Sorry, when I saw how he recommended to eat ice-cream with cottage cheese I just lost my appetite for ice-cream for the rest of the year. A few days ago I posted ACP recommendations what level of sugar is good for Diabetics type 2, and I was shocked, A1c from 7% to 8%!!!!!!!!!!!!! My goodness!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish they do have diabetes and got their A1c >10%I wish to see them how they walk, how they talk. So, I create my life differently, and without recommendations from people who does not have my trust.
