If you have type 2 diabetes your body does not use insulin properly. This is called insulin resistance. At first, your pancreas makes extra insulin to make up for it. But, over time it isn't able to keep up and can't make enough insulin to keep your blood glucose at normal levels.

A family history of obesity, high blood pressure and lipid levels, type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease should all be considered high risk factors for the severity and early onset of childhood obesity, reveals a new study. The study, which assessed these risk factors together from children's parents, siblings and grandparents, also finds the most severely obese children -- even the very young -- show insulin resistance, which can lead to the development of type 2 diabetes.

What is "Diabetes type 2"? And most important, did those who run studies understand what they are study?
First quite is from ADA Web, how American Diabetes Association identify Insulin Resistance and Diabetes type 2.
Second quite from the article in E-journal Science Daily.
So, if I understand it correctly, if child or adult developed obesity they will develop Insulin Resistance. And if they do not lose weight then they probably would develop Diabetes type 2. Now, if I do remember this correctly, diabetes type 2 diagnosed according to level of sugar in blood. Because of there is obesity involved, any one obese diabetic would be diagnosed as Diabetic type 2. The diagnose of Diabetes type 2 and Insulin Resistance interchangeable. So, when Med Pro run studies, what really did they study?
This is the conclusion Med Pro finding.Looks like all studies were done to find out the weight of American children and teens. There is no connection, is older generation has Insulin Resistance, meaning Diabetes or not? from this article I see that many children already diabetics, regardless type they do have or diagnose they do have on not. What is suggestion Med Pro identify which will reduce obesity, Insulin Resistance, High BP, and so so on?
Corica adds, "I would like to highlight that we found the most severely obese children, even those who were very young, were showing insulin resistance. This is a very important finding that underlines the need for early intervention care programs involving health providers, schools and other government institutions, primarily to modify the lifestyle -- i.e. eating habits, physical activity, screen time -- of obese children and their families."As usual, I do run my own studies, and I post what did I find.

I do have teeth pain, very severe. It is so severe I cannot eat, even drink is problem for me. So, I did not have chose but stop to take Insulin. Ibuprofen a little bit reduced pain, but now all my left side of face heavily swollen. even open mouth is the problem, and not possible to take any hard meal.
May , 2018. Fasting sugar is 53 mg/dl.
no one unit of Insulin
May 2, 2018. Fasting sugar is 123 mg/dl.
no one units of insulin.
May 3, 2018. Fasting sugaar 252 mg/dl.
I do have to go to dental office to extract teeth. Hope doctor will do the job. I need to take insulin as soon as I can. Weight really went down. it is 370 right now, about 5 Lb down. I do not eat, take very little coffee, and no water. At leas even not too much but weight went down. Why sugar went up?
I can say, in all studies it is taken for granted that diabetic's type 2 body does not use insulin properly, and all the time there is no one question, does insulin present in blood? This test never run. Yes, it is test for C Peptides, special proteins. What this test mean? Range from 0 to 5. So, if in my blood there is no C Peptides, still I do have extremely high level of insulin in blood, right?
Another point is, level of sugar or C Peptides level tested fasting. Probably it is OK to have 5 fasting. What about full day, with all that activities which demand insulin to produce energy, and so so on? Does any one ever saw the table how Insulin distributed during the day? I never saw any table like that. Of cause, to study obese children is easy. To study how to treat Insulin Resistance which lead to obesity, is way to complicated. It is better to publish that because of eating habits Americans developed Insulin Resistance and if they do not care for what to put into shopping car they will develop Diabetes type 2.
There is another way. Stop to blame victims and start to do the job. Why today level of sugar in blood still not vital? Probably these kids where not obese if there mothers and fathers where treated with insulin when they were diagnosed with elevated level of sugar in blood.
Really, say me, why are those kids now? They are those kids who were born after 1984 when diabetes type 2 was introduced to the market I was treated with Glipizide and other SU. They born to mothers and fathers who were diabetics type 2 and treated with Metformin and SU. One more generation, and diabetes will return back to time when insulin was not discovered yet and diabetics were treated with Starvation diets and drops of Opi. Just one generation more, and Med Pro would be happy to open wards in every hospital where they will keep comatose children, no obesity. Mission accomplished.
