"As the vast majority of people with type 2 diabetes go through the stage of prediabetes, our findings suggest that elevated metabolic markers for diabetes are detectable more than 20 years before its diagnosis," says Dr Hiroyuki Sagesaka from Aizawa Hospital in Matsumoto, Japan who led the research, along with Professor Mitsuhisa Komatsu, Shinshu University Graduate School of Medicine, Matsumoto, Japan and colleagues. How the questions are:

- why 4% of Americans do have diabetes and still not diagnosed and not treated?
- why diabetics type 2 pass away less then 10 years after being diagnosed with diabetes type 2?
- why do we really need to be diagnosed early if diagnose of diabetes type 2 speed our fatality?
- what wrong with early diagnose of diabetes type 2?
- diabetes type 2, what is it?
- how diabetes diagnosed,
- how types of diabetes diagnosed?
At the start of the study, 27,392 non-diabetic individuals had a fasting glucose and average blood glucose (HbA1c) measured and were followed until a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, or the end of 2016, whichever came first. To diagnose diabetes in studies like that is very very easy. Simple, take level of sugar for diagnose differently, higher or lower, and the result will be as one wish. Diabetes, the Insufficient Insulin Secretion, tested according to the blood sugar level which is not only different during the day, or weather, or ... you name it, but it is different right after blood sample was taken. Next sample of blood will show another result. How test like that can be taken as diagnostic for so severe medical condition that leads to death 80,000 Americans every year?
100 years ago brilliant doctor Dr. Banting, developed idea how to treat diabetes. Not diabetes type 1, or 2 or any one type, but any type of diabetes. The medicine was named "Insulin". Do not say, it was team. It Canadian physician Frederick Banting who had an idea in what direction study must be run. C.Best, medical student, and do not point out that he Dr. C. Best. No, he was not doctor yet. Now it is pretended that fists recipient of Insulin was diabetic type 1. There were no types of diabetes in diagnose at that time. Later after every one patient with elevated level of sugar was treated with Insulin. Insulin saved millions lives since it was discovered.
What happened now? Why millions of Americans suffer from medical condition treatment for which was discovered almost 100 years ago? Just why? Why today it is so many studies how to screan for diabetes and when it started to its development? Is this really so important when diabetic got ill and haw it happened? I do understand, it is important to study, but at first, it must be how to treat it. There are no studies like that.
Let us take a look at, how to treat diabetes type 2, 90% of all American Diabetics population. What ADA suggest? First line, next line, final line, one line after another. Still, regardless of lines diabetes still progress. Why? There are only one answer: Treatment does not work. If it does not work, then it cannot be considered as 'treatment'. At least decease should not progress, if it is treatment. To compare with another diabetics population, type 1, who live pretty good for many many years after being diagnosed with diabetes type 1. They live over 60 years, and they are adult diabetics type 1.
If so, then say me, why do not stop all that charlatanism with diabetes types and start treatment as early as it is possible? What is difference if diabetes started its development 10 years ago or 20 years ago? Provide diabetic with right treatment today, as soon as diabetes was diagnosed.
I am diabetic type 2. 10 years I took all Trash medicine our medical industry suggest. So, today me heart does not work properly, kidney failure, and so so so on. I would not survive ether MI, nether strokes. But I did. I am not amputee even with DVT on my legs. It cost me money, and my man pay all, but I still walk on my two. Why? How this happened?
Simple. I am person who trust in no one. And I am good observer. So, in 2011 I took my first shot of Insulin, 11 units. I still take it every day. Highest dose I injected was 720 units withing 24 hours. Now I am sure I can inject any dose I need, and keep it as high as I need to control blood sugar level. I can do it. The problem is, insulin is too expensive, and I cannot pay for it. As soon as Insulin delivery stopped, sugar ride over the sky, with easy. Every time when delivery stopped it is higher ride, and shorter time to get closer to be fatal. To bring this level of sugar down need longer with every stop of Insulin supply.
Today to stop diabetes is easy. It is no longer medical problem It is social problem. Diabetes not only treatable but curable. The problem is, we are too profitable for medical and political power. They need us to carry money from one pocket to another. Severely ill people walk from one clinic to another what for? Only to provide MD with opportunity to send bill to Insurance company. In many cases many smart MD solved this problem. They send bills to Medicaid and medicare without visits of patients. So nice of them. The same syndicate work with pharmacy. IN NYC there are some pharmacy where note on the wall, bring Rx (When one do not need medicine), and they will provide patient with free toilet paper.
