      Why this is scam?  Simple. Diabetes can  be in different stages, yes? Every MD ask when we were diagnosed with diabetes type 2? How long we are diagnosed diabetics type 2? THis question mean that with time our  health decrease. So, the attempt to present that one size fit all diabetics type 2 is simple perfect scam. It is sad that Lilly ran this studies. It is obvious that all our medical studies decrease in quality.
      Why this scam is perfect? Because of there is no one way to approve they are wrong. Is this true that some patients reduced risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) How do we will know that? It is risk, it is not CVD yet. So, if one still not have it this means that risk reduces. Perfect. Simple. Nothing can disprove that statement. If someone still get CVD this does not mean that treatment with Trulisity was wrong. This mean that in this case risk was not approved because of patient did not follow directions how to refuse the risk.

Sorry MD. Looks like it is you who does not understand what diabetes is. Diabetes is not sufficient insulin secretion, one of the symptoms. Why this happen?  There are many debates, but no clear answer so far. SU is medicine which force diabetic's ill pancreas to secret more insulin. So, there are no difference between SU and Insulin. One medicine, insulin, added in injections, and this improve patient's life and finally will lead to recovery and cure of diabetes type 2. Another is SU which secreted by pancreas, and this leads to the depletion of insulin secreting Beta cells. Finally, there are no more insulin secretion by diabetic's pancreas.

Why are doctors are not giving major positive comments on this super results • they are still working like 20 years ago with stupid sulphonylurea and not indicated insulin- more than 60 % of my type 2 diabetics are on dulaglutide and some of them since more than 4 years with super results - Diabetes type 2 is frequently not a progressive disease !!!!

The question is, why diabetes type 2 is not progressive? Or why it is progressive if it is? To find answer to this question let us answer to the question "What is diabetes type 2?" As long as I try to find answer to this so simple question, I never got clear answer ether from any ND, or from Medical studies and Medical Text books. If there is no answer what do we study then there is no answer to sayif this disease regressive or progressive, or can be reversed )another name without any interpretation but every one use it).

 Personally, I will never inject this Junk Medicine  into my body. As diabetic type 2 I do have a lot of removed tumors already. I do not need more.

I love this comment! I do not think I need to read the trial release.  I am sure that studies dome by the same doctors who posted comments. Not that it is the same individuals, but the doctor in general. As I said in the first sentence, it is just perfect scam! Nothing can be more then scam!
