According to the German Diabetes Health Report 2018, more than 5.7 million people in Germany suffer from type 2 diabetes. The affected individuals react inadequately to the hormone insulin, which leads to elevated blood glucose levels. This in turn can lead to strokes, heart attacks, retinal damage, kidney damage and nerve disorders. Since the metabolic disease develops gradually, initial damage has usually already occurred at the time of diagnosis. "In the future, our findings may help to identify risk potentials for type 2 diabetes even earlier and help to counteract the disease with preventive measures," said Professor Annette Schürmann, head of the Department of Experimental Diabetology at the German Institute of Human Nutrition Potsdam-Rehbruecke (DIfE) and speaker of the German Center for Diabetes Research (DZD).Well, at first, let us see how individuals react to insulin? What reaction on insulin is right, and when it is not adequate then how it looks like. Yes, sugar elevated, but why? What reaction on insulin individual has? What test was taken to see this reaction to insulin?

It is just words without meaning. As in any other cases, right way is only one, wrong ways are countless. So, if identify the reaction on insulin then it will be one way, or just a few ways, as right now it is presented that diabetes divided by types. No one test to identify type of diabetes. But every one diabetic identifies and diagnosed with type of diabetes. Now with reaction on insulin, and as it is said just above is different, and if it is the same reaction by every one diabetic type 2? Of everyone diabetic type 2 do have different reaction to insulin?
There is another point. Really, what lead to kidney damage? Reaction to insulin? How this reaction effect kidney? If this reaction the same as it is when kidney effected, and different when it is effected to heart? to brain? to nerve? or to vision?
In logic we studied what is sentence and what is conclusion.
"John is three years old. Sun will shine tomorrow."
First, John is three years old, is sentence.
Second is conclusion: Sun will shine tomorrow.
It is study of symbolic logic. In logic there are statement, "follow it, does not mean because of it". It is very important statement. But in Medical Industry this is completely ignored. If sugar in blood then this is because of too much sugar in diet. The absurd of this widely spread definition of diabetes that diabetes is elevated level of sugar in blood, not clearly visible.
Read the quotation above:
"Since the metabolic disease develops gradually, initial damage has usually already occurred at the time of diagnosis."Sorry, really I lost. So, there is no high sugar so far, but damage is already done, why? If my understanding serve me well, before sugar elevated there were no diabetes type 2 or any metabolic disorder, right? So, damage accrued why?
