Diabetic's type 2 healthy life style. December 20, 2018

6 am wake up.
sleep time 8 hr. from 10 pm to 6 am total 8 hr.
round trip to / from work 1hr.
working day + lunch time 8 am - 5 pm.  total 9hr.
work out 1hr.
 24 hr total day time. - 19 hr for daily = 5 hr free time to spare. 
morning routine:
exercise
medical routine
meal fix
meal taking
dressing,
If I take 5 min for every one point of daily routine, and put it in the morning + eve it is already one hour. Just 5 min to fix meal, to take it, to do blood sugar reading, to take all medicine, to put on log book all what I ate, to count all calories and every bite I took.
Just 30 min in the morning + 30 min in the evening. Total at least 1 hr.
As it is recommended by MD I have to take day nap, at least 1 hr. 
Now only 3 hr left.
I have to plan my meal and to put notes in my log book neatly and accurate.
From first look it is easy, but just start it and every one will see, it is time taker. I have to record all what I ate today, how many grams of carbs, proteins, fat, calories. I have to put all them down. I need to keep arithmetic neat. To help doctor to treat me in right manner. This routine at least one hour.
Now just two hours left.

      These are recommendations for healthy life style. Personally I do not see any style in this life, just routine: work, eat, dress, and count calories. Wright it before you bite it. But we are family people, we are adult. We do have kids to care for.  We need to go shopping, to cook for family, to do a lot of things. Most important, because of diabetes prevalent in low income families these adults very often work not from 8 am to 5 pm, but 12 or 16 hrs a day. This is America.Working class really do not have time for healthy life style.
    Now say me, what one may eat for 5 min? And in my healthy day there are only 10 min per day for meal, and 10 min for cooking.  No dish washing, no cleaning or shower. No one may take shower just 5 min. We have to un-dress and dress, shampoo, and so so on. At least 20 min for every shower. BTW, say me, how one can overeat when meal taking withing 5 min? How much meal can be taken for 5 min, and what meal can be fixed for 5 min?
     All this list looks just humor, but it is not. This is what we presented as healthy life style. At the same time the factor of time skipped attention. It is easy to suggest to take 8 hors sleep + two hr day time nap, eat slow, cook healthy at home, work out at least 5 times weekly, and walk at least 30 min every day. Never forget to be educated.
    Really show me one who lives healthy life style and follow all doctors recommendations. Do they live healthy?
