Type 1 diabetes as common in adults as children, but many adults misdiagnosed. December 10, 2017

But many of those with type 1 diabetes after the age of 30 are thought to have type 2 diabetes at first, and not initially treated with insulin to control blood sugar levels. Previous published research by the University of Exeter Medical school found that, on average, it took a year for those with type 1 diabetes who had been misdiagnosed with type 2 to be put on insulin.

So sensitive stories how those who was misdiagnosed with type 2 diabetes but actually they are type 1 diabetics suffering. What about us, those of us who misdiagnosed with type of diabetes no one know how to diagnose, and stick with this diagnose or the rest of our shorten lives? What is real difference between me and Teresa May? She was misdiagnosed with type of diabetes, but soon after she tried oral medication, she was diagnosed with another type of diabetes and started to take insulin.  Difference with me. Regardless of how did I suffer with Metformin and Glipizide, no one even try to see if diagnose diabetes type 2 right for me, and even after I started to take insulin many times insulin supply was stopped. Even now, when I take up to 500 units of insulin in one day, when I am in hospital there is no insulin therapy for me. Just no insulin in injections.
Well, to see what diagnose is right and when diagnose of diabetes type 2 wrong, let us see protocol how type of diabetes diagnosed. There is no protocol to diagnose type of diabetes. Children diagnosed with type 1 if .... if they are fit. If they are overweight, they are type 2 diabetics. They will take Trash medicine and lost lived timelessly. They will collect pounds to  try to survive, get all abusing therapy our medical and human society able to push on them, and develop higher and higher complications relative to limited insulin secretion. Simple, what is diabetes type 2? There is no such mark when diabetes is type 1, when it is type 2, and when it is LADA or MODY.
Among the adults with type 1 diabetes to have been misdiagnosed is Theresa May, the Prime Minister, who was initially told by doctors she had type 2 diabetes and given tablets which did not control her blood sugar.
So, what? Let every one diabetic, human with elevated level of sugar in blood, take insulin as first line of treatment, and only if this does not work, to consider another therapy. Then probably there would not be Mrs. Teresa May diagnosed with type of diabetes which no one able to shoe who to diagnose.
Distinguishing between type 1 or type 2 diabetes matters as it affects the treatment needed. In type 1 diabetes immune cells destroy the body's insulin producing beta cells and people need to be injected insulin to control blood sugar levels. With Type 2 diabetes there is still insulin produced so it can be treated initially with diet and tablet therapy.
Sorry, if author of this scam able to read what is going from under tape? Really, what does it mean that diabetics type 2 still produce insulin? Does diabetics type 1 does not produce insulin? I need up to 500 units of insulin to inject daily, and it is pretended that I still produce insulin because of my diagnose, type 2 diabetes. Without this dose of insulin less then 6 month I will gone. But believe me, if I skip one shot, I still be alive.
Diabetics type 1 have immune system which destroy insulin producing beta cells. Really, show me, how this was diagnosed and why I never was tested if my immune system does not attack insulin secreting beta cells? My C Peptide level is 3. Is this "A few"? or it is "many"? Really what is this? The normal level of C peptide is ... from "0" to "5". WOW!
Still it is not the point. If my body system still produce insulin, is this amount of insulin good for my body healthy function? I do not think so. But when we take a look at the above quote is this really true that type 1 diabetic's body does not secret insulin? Not at all. It is process, immune system attack oun beta cells, still they are present at this time, and they still secret some insulin, right?
So, say me, how to find out, if I am right diagnosed with type 2 diabetes? Am I wrong diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and was pushed to take medicine with killed my healthy beta cells?
Take closer look at the medicine for diabetics type 2. We are all forced to take medicine which flog our system to secret more insulin. What does it mean? Our system has gap between insulin available in secretion and insulin in demand. With medicine we have to take this limited insulin secretion getting less and less available. Diabetics type 1 live on insulin injections up to 60 years and over. Diabetics type 2 live less then ten years on Oral Medicine, Trash Medicine, very expensive, very danger to take, and which has a lot of complications insulin does not have.
But type 1 cases are harder to recognise and correctly diagnose in adults because far more people develop type 2 diabetes in later life. Type 2 accounts for 96% of diabetes cases between the ages of 31 and 60, the research shows.
As I said, shoe me the protocol, how type of diabetes diagnosed in the first place. Only after that one can say theat there are 96% of us, diabetics type. Initially diabetes type diagnosed according to MD preferences of therapy. If MD does not know how to Rx insulin then it is diabetes type 2 would be diagnosed. Life style modifications would be first Rx. MD never can be wrong with life style modifications.
Second Rx is Metformin. It kill slow, it takes time. So, with Metformin MD safe. It is protocol.
Finally it would be Glipizide, medicine which force ill pancreas to secret more insulin. Now there are many other medicine available. I took Glipizide many years ago. For the rest of ten years this would be diabetic's type 2 medicine.
Remember, diabetes type 2 is number 7 cause of Death in America. Every year more then 80,000 Americans list lives to diabetes. Every year. There is WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! War has its causalities. The difference between Military War and Medical War in the sides. In military wars there are two sides and combat zone between. In Medical War, there is only one side, and no combat zone. We come to clinic freely. We take poison freely. And we accept our suffering because of it is all our fault. We are overweight, obese, and we are ... forever MD said, we accept it. There is no combat. There is acceptance.
