In current time diabetes type 2 considered as progressive.
At the same time, according to ADA diabetes type 2 can be reversed with starvation diet.
Still, diabetes type 2 is not curable.
There are three most controversial statements how Med Pro present diabetes type 2. If diabetes type 2 can be reversed then how it suppose to be not curable? Just reverse it a little bit more, and there is no diabetes type 2 at all. But if this is not possible then any reversibility would fail after a short period of time, so there is not possible to reverse diabetes type 2 at all.
If diabetes type 2 progressive then how it is possible to reverse diabetes type 2? Diabetic can be a little bit better for a while and then skip into deeper crisis, into faster progress and devastation.
So, what ADA really talking about?
Last result of blood work for me come out with A1c = 5.9%. When I come to this clinic in 2014 I had A1c=9.4%, that was result of blood work. I took 260 units of insulin, at that time. Not I take 610 units. The average dose of insulin for February was 504 units daily dose. Sugar was 97.9 mg/dl, running from 52 mg/dl to 229 mg/dl.
So, is progress, reverse, cure? Really, what is this?
Today first time for many month my sugar dropped down to 46 mg/dl. I already posted a few days ago that I was so bad, I could not eat by myself. My man feed me. Today I was able to get to kitchen and grab some meal. Then I went to bed. It is also very interesting. After low blood sugar next reading usually high. My reading after meal is 87 mg/dl. Today I injected 240 units in the morning, 240 units with dinner, and last shot was 67 units. I started to slow bring down dose of insulin. I am worry that low sugar is resulted higher dose of insulin then I need right now. At the same time to drop dose of insulin too fast will bring high numbers back. Very difficult to find Golden mean.
Now the question is, is this really true that diabetes progressive and potentially fatal? What if it is not diabetes progressive but treatment with Junk Medicine kill diabetics, millions of us every year?
