30 Million Americans Now Have Diabetes, what to do about it? October 7, 2018

People need to be tested for diabetes even if they think they don't have it, he said. The data showed that a third of those in the study didn't think they had diabetes, but tests showed they did, Eberhardt said.
OK, what after test and diabetes was confirmed? Life style modifications, a lot ot clinics which give nothing but take time and money, and danger unnecessary treatment. All this speed diabetes type 2 to the final fatal end.
Does anyone every paid attention how fast diabetics type 2 die after being diagnosed with diabetes?
Does anyone paid attention who are amputees, type 2 of type 1 diabetics?
Does it ever considered how many type 2 vs type 1 diabetics stand in line in All-cause mortality?
Looks no one every paid any attention to this odds. Why?
According to the American Diabetes Association, the vast majority -- about 95 percent -- of diabetes cases are type 2, which is often (but not always) tied to overweight or obesity. About five percent of diabetes cases are type 1, which can arise early in life and is not linked with lifestyle factors.
So, now 30 million people with diabetes who are fit never tested for diabetes, but they are already diabetics. With time their pancreas will get so weak that will not be able to do any job. Weight increased dramatically. So, because of the hell know what, MD will diagnose diabetic as diabetic type 2, Diabetic is not child anymore. At the time when diabetic was a child his or her mammy took great care for kid, in contrary how diabetics type 1 mommy was good for children. Now this diabetic gow up and .... yes, diagnose is diabetes type 2. This diagnose based on what? What test MD run to confirm it is type 2 vs type 1 diabetes? No one. MD even do not take C Peptide level to test if pancreas still working.
BTW, what is the level of C Peptide in blood 'normal' level? In my blood test it was stated that level form 0 to 5 is 'normal. I tested it between 2 and 3. So, it is 'normal, and my pancreas is healthy. Really? If so, then when level of insulin abnormally low?  Never ask you primary or even your endo. They do know answer. They just cannot say it to you.
The question is, why ADA so consistent to point out that it is obesity which soused diabetes type 2? The answer is only one: Think twice, or better many times more when you wish to donate money for ADA. Spend this money to buy ice-cream before you will need to take diet.
The overweight and obese are also more likely to develop diabetes, the researchers found. Only 6 percent of underweight or normal-weight adults had the disease, while 12 percent of overweight adults and 21 percent of obese adults did.
As usual, the Glass is half full or the glass is half empty, it is depend.... .  Look at this statement. What is on the table? Pounds. How participant is heavy and round. There are no data how many healthy adult where on study. So now ill people compare with healthy one and there are BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We lost.
I suggest another way around. Let level of sugar, A1c, be Vital. This mean that every time when person enter in clinic for any reason take blood sugar and together with all Vitals take A1c.
It is simple. very easy to do, So, no one diabetic will stay not diagnosed.
Why this simple way of prevention diabetes type 2 never took place?  Profit. We are too profitable for Medical Industry and politicians whom they pay. Sweet Bloody Money. We pay by our lives for the lie they spread about us.
"We need to stop talking the talk and start walking the walk," he said. Preventing diabetes starts with individuals making healthy lifestyle choices. These include a healthy diet and plenty of exercise.
This is what really does matter. With 30 million diabetics type 2  4% of not diagnosed yet, meaning that with proper treatment they will be really good. They still time to recovery. Diet? Walk? No. Insulin as first line. No Invokana, no diuretics, no any trash medicine. Just simple slow release Insulin. It will help to prevent amputation, CVD, Strokes, and you name the rest of complications of diabetes type 2 and obesity. There will not be obesity.
According to the report, nearly 16 percent of men have diabetes, and about 12 percent of women. Moreover, the odds of developing diabetes, both diagnosed and undiagnosed, increases with age.
The same as any organ, pancreas starts to  decline with age. Then more complications with health then faster pancreas function decrease. Pancreas is our most important protective organ. Still, it need protection as well. Age effect pancreas in the same way as all other organs. Also with age we less and less active, We simple can no longer walk. Looks like researchers forgot this fact that diabetics type 2 ill people, very ill. we are happy we can walk to the kitchen and turn on our beds. When someone MD said that diabetics must walk picture 90 y.o. diabetic walking on the street to prevent diabetes. How does it sound? But when it is said in general that diabetes type 2 preventable with increased activity, age and health never taken into consideration.
Zonszein agreed that preventing diabetes should be the goal, but because diabetes is largely a matter of lifestyle it will take major changes in the American culture to accomplish that goal.
To get people to make healthy choices is going to take a drastic change in society, he said. Some of these changes might include taxing sugary drinks and getting people to eat less processed foods and fast foods.
Political version pf  twin cycle theory. At first we need to stop Americans to eat fast food. Then sales will drop dramatically. Fast food industry will push on that they do nothing bad for Americans, that they put on Veggy on meat, and most Americans do not do it at home, and so so on. Then it will pay back. Customers return to McDonald.
Say me, is this really true that in McDonald too many obese people? Not at all. Obese people do not go to take fast food. Pay attention next time you will stop in McDonald.
"We know how to prevent diabetes," Cefalu said. "But how to do this in the real world is really the holy grail of the challenge."
Is this really true that diabetes type 2 prevention is possible? Not at all. Diabetes type 2 is immune system disorder. As any disorder it cannot be prevented but can be treated or cured. Diabetes type 2 is treatable and curable. Today, No any fight with American Population. Simple, stop to kill us, start to treat and you know how do this. Insulin is perfect treatment, the same as antibiotics for inflammation. There is the question: Who is going to take our place in clinics and hospitals? Who is going to replace income lost?
So, there are no insulin for Simple Americans. Just Invokana, and Life stile modifications, right to the timeless grave.
