So, before take into consideration what diet is best for diabetics and if it is possible to treat or to prevent diabetes with diet, we have to know what is healthy diet for healthy living and healthy function.

MenThis is recommended one day meal. To whom? Office worker? Blue collar worker? Nurse in clinic? Nurse in hospital? Contraction worker? Is this recommendation for Winter or for Summer? Is this for working day or for weekend or for vacation on Hawaii or any other place to be? Why? Because of every one do know we eat more in Winter and less in Summer. But we drink more water in Summer and less in Winter. Also in these recommendations never paid attention how tall person to whom diet recommended, skin color and ethnicity.

Now try to see that military men and women practice this diet and then go to do the job. They must be healthy and functional, right? Or police officers to tackle criminal. Man took green salad and go to chase suspect. If we cannot imagine this as healthy living then how do one know what healthy living is?
Really, why if one is healthy then one is eat right, but when one is ill then one does not eat right? This is what our medical industry what about. All the problems with our health resulted because of our eating habits. So why there are so many dental clinics? At least be honest and see, teeth pain is result of wrong meals. Just start to eat right and one will keep all teeth in place. BTW, to prove it is right, just close dental clinic and every one will stop to eat. Best way to restrict calories intake.
